I have suddenly decided to develop more muscles after a decade of developing just one (the biceps of my right arm is fuck huge, beats me how it turned out that way). Yesterday morning I did thirty crunches, thirty push-ups and thirty squats and each excercise started to get strenuous after doing it twenty times. This morning I did the same routine, but
excercises started to wear me out after repeating them as many as ten times. What's more, my knees and shoulders creak audibly when I squat. Am I going to be ok?
