What are some muscle groups/exercises that took you a long time to "master"
Pull downs and pull ups. I barely felt them in my lats. After working out for 8 months I finaly feel them in my lats more than my arms.
And also deadlifts. Just about a week ago I finaly felt them in my hamstrings more than my back. I mean I didn't have back pain. But felt more like a lower back exercise.
Also after doing bulgarian squats, my quads actually feel more activated after
I mean my quads feel more activated during normal squats now.
