I've recently been working out and changing my lifestyle and trying not to be a fucking living beachball and disgusted with myself for the rest of my life.
Over the past few weeks I've managed to drop from 113kg to 83kg but now i seem to be stagnating there.
My gf and I have sex perhaps once every 1-2 days and she thinks the idea is laughable but I'm willing to try it out if it means getting rid of this remaining excess fat.
Will going NoFap/NoSex for a while help me lose the weight or it this just a meme and if it isnt how do you negate/resist the urges?
I dont need to be some physical god of some kind, I just want to look in the mirror in the morning and not be disappointed with the way i look.
The idea of nofap is to boost test and help make gains in muscle, but the actual physical effects are minimal at best. Psychologically your milage may vary. In either case it has nothing to do with fat loss. Denying your gf sex to lose weight is a bad idea. If anything fuck more got the cardio.

I'm currently doing a program similar to SS, I'm going to switch to 531 some time in mid to late september.
For 531, I need to know my 1RM, so I need to test that before then.
How do I best prepare for that?
Do I just keep doing 3x5 until the week I test?
Or should I rather do some triples/doubles/singles for a few weeks to get used to the heavier loads/lower reps?
Maybe a light week before testing to recover?
I'm wondering if I should start 5x5 because I've been on a brosplit for a year now. What I don't like about 5x5 is the fact that the program doesn't isolate bis, tris, calves, etc. I'll miss the preacher curls and the tricep pushdowns... What do you think? Will I be able to develop these muscles on 5x5?

You're always supposed to weigh yourself as soon as you wake up anon. Before you have breakfast. Weigh yourself each week at the same time on the same day (or everyday if you really want) and the gains/losses you see between your weigh-ins will be more representative

Unless you're at a Planet Fitness (hurr durr lunk alarm) it's not about dropping the weights. He wanted a spot so he doesn't dislocate his shoulder during a later rep. When you spot for db presses it's more about making sure they maintain a proper range of motion as they reach exhaustion.

If you spend most of your time on a chair, then your body will adapt to sitting on a chair.
So when you slouch forward, you will get rolled shoulders and forward head posture because by slouching forward, you are weakening and strengthening the wrong muscles and you lose a proper upright posture as a result.

I spend a lot of time in front of the screen and I've set up my desk about the same as on the pic, you could say "optimally".
It may be a bit uncomfortable at first but you just have to get used to it.
Also, i got a sitting-standing desk and an "ErgoRest" for the forearms. So i can stand up and continue working/playing and stay fresh and focused for much longer. ;)
