help a beginner please /fit/ im sorry if the n00bness of my questions offends you, i just have a few doubts.
i read the guide and i have a few doubts:
- regarding diet should i start by cutting fat or bulking? im confused sorry about how to start
-i dont have acces to a gym, but i can order a metal workshop to make a proper barbell with weights (metal workshops are very cheap where i live). i need to diy my equipment basically: how many kg should i start lifting with? how can i be sure to lift the right amount in the beginning?
-does working out in the morning after a quick random fruit and then having meal work aswell as eating 2hrs or so before workout?
it works best for me if i can get it done in the morning.

about my current shape, similar to the picture but i did gymnastics, had an accident 5years ago so i stopped. totally fell out of shape.

Ask the metal shop to fab you a 50 lb barbell and 2 plates of 2.5, 5, 10, and 25
Then ask them to make 6 45 lb plates
Get a bench and a power rack and youre good to go for a while

Does running or jogging fuck up leg gains? I have really skinny toothpick legs and I need to put on some serious muscle mass but I also do lots of cardio like running/jogging on the treadmill and hiking on the weekends. Will that affect my muscle growth?

Distance running or endurance at a slow pace is not ideal for gains. Look at distance runners they look skelly as fuck.
However high intensity runs no more than 5ish miles are god tier for leg gains especially uphill.
Put the treadmill to 15% incline (usually the highest) that will work the fuck out of your legs .
Careful not to injure yourself, running is one of those activities you must build up to

will farmers walks get me juicy forearms or do i have to do more? is usually do them 2-3 times a week 3-4 sets in a day 30-45 seconds each set.

After 3 weeks of strict keto dieting, I got into an argument with my dad this morning. I was upset and frustrated so I went to panera and ate a cobblestone and a steak, egg and cheese sandwich.

Now I have to stretch 500 calories out for the next 13 hours to hit my calorie goal for the day. I fucked up.

Can eating too much fruit make you fat? I'm seriously addicted to fruit. Especially during summer when the good fruits are out. I'll eat like 2 pounds of cherries, 4 or 5 nectarines and peaches and 15-20 strawberries in a day during the summer. Am I fucking myself over?

I do lat pulldowns instead of chinups, and seated rows instead of barbell rows. Also like three sets of ab work after the thing. Feels so much better than the time I tried SS.
