It's taco Tuesday. What kind of tacos do you like? I know I can't miss lunch.
Whitefish, sweet/spicy citrus glaze, maybe some pico de gallo

My wife and I lived in Austin for a couple years so we love tacos. Here are our favorites:

smoked pork shoulder, caramelized onions, hot salsa verde (pineapple is another good optional topping)

and always limes on the side
When rising the dough, should I cover it with plastic wrap, or cloth? (or both?)
Does the cloth need to be damp?
What is the best method?

I use a cloth unless it im putting in the refrigerator for a long time. I use plastic to keep it from drying out in that case. I cant really think why it would matter one way or the other desu

I used to think bread and butters were a little too sweet, but they're starting to grow on me
Anyone else try this or a similar service? My roommate has been getting a box a week with 3 meals worth of ingredients and recipes. It's pretty good ingredients and the people putting the recipes together seem to know what they're doing most of the time. Everything has been well portioned out, even for 2 guys it tends to be a lot of food.
Anyone with ~2 hours a week to spare and a modicum of intelligence could achieve the same effect by researching recipes themselves and meal planning, except for significantly cheeper. hell, you could even get the groceries delivered and not bother going to the store.
Really no reason to do this besides the combo of rich+lazy

It's really not that expensive for what you get. If you tried to make the same dishes you would spend much more on ingredients just because what you get is portioned out instead of you buying a jar of olives or whatever else you need.
