It's funny you mention that because I do do IF and use MFP and am losing weight steadily, but I'll fall off the wagon every week or so and binge until I feel terrible. I've lost 30 lbs in the past two months using IF, MFP and keto. I binged tonight and feel crummy though. Plan on working out tomorrow and fasting ~48 hours to get back on track.

Next time make sure you soeve the flour properly and that there's enough air in the batter (don't over mix though).
Also you need to make sure your oven is really good and hot and DO NOT OPEN IT UNTIL THE CAKE IS READY TO COME OUT.
If the icing is watery you probably added too much water, try using something different for the middle layer, personally I like stiffly whipped double cream.

Anyone ever use cryo hops before? We just got them at the shop. I had a pale ale in primary and decided "fuck it" and bought two ounces of citra cryo hops and threw them in to dry hop. The hops were a mixture of pellets and powder and the packaging said to use about half as much as you would use with normal hops.

He did such a complete turnaround in personality, taste over health, and even fashion sense. I think he had a psychotic break, realized he was gay, dumped his family, got a publicist/boyfriend, dropped all his weight like he was ill, and then became more host than producer. He shrugged off his Southern roots, and became NY savvy! I haven't seen him at a Food Festival since.
