I've made closet wine using similar methods many times, usually out of sweet tea. I didn't start that early though cause I could always find weed or at least steal a beer from a friends' dad's fridge at that age. It was a 19-20 thing when I lived in the mountains and hung out with rednecks.

After reading the description, I am thinking it reminds me of a fresh mexican cheeses queso blanco or fresca. Some of it can be tart, salty and either crumby soft like feta or easy to fry like queso para freir. Or would you say it's like ricotta salata?

I usually only drink powerade zero if I'm sick, but once in a while I'll buy one of those little blue 12oz gatorades when I work outside in the summer.

My dad drinks the lemonlime and orange gatorades a lot but he's also an alcoholic so I think he has them stocked up for hangovers
