How do you like your macaroni and cheese, /ck/?
What kind(s) of cheese do you like to use?
What other ingredients do you put into it?
Do you bake it, or just finish it on the stove?
etc.
Tell me all about your process.

I usually brown and break up some hot italian sausage, saute some chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in the sausage grease with some red pepper and oregano, make a roux add milk for bechamel, then cheese for a mornay. For cheese, I always grate up some extra sharp cheddar and some of whatever other kind of cheese I have around or feel like using. Sometimes swiss or gouda, sometimes jack, sometimes parmesan and/or romano, sometimes asiago, whatever. I mix everything together with some cooked pasta of whatever kind I feel like using, dump it all in a casserole dish, top with some buttered panko and bake it until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

That sounds absolutely delightful. I should try some parmesan... I haven't explored much with different cheeses yet.

Greatest drunk food ever.

What recipes do y'all use for biscuits? I made some for the first time and they didn't rise very well.

This is what I used. I also only have baking powder and no buttermilk.

Perfectly crispy, I can't fault them. They were amazing. Like I said though, the burger was shit, I'm not sure they even seasoned it.

Would be interested to try this meme but it seems they don't even have locations in all the US? Not likely to find one in Scotland.

No, it just means you like coors. What food/drink you like is completely subjective, and arguing if certain ones are good/bad is like shit talking different music or favorite colors. At least you will save money.

I love some microbrews, but king cobras have a special place in my heart. Cobra piss is a lot cheaper than 12$/4 pack of arrogant bastards too.

>>
>>7158615
I'm quite literally drinking Coors right now but I still enjoy craft beers. There's nothing wrong with liking macro lagers. My advice is to keep trying different beers but don't ever become above lowbrow shit you like.

What's the point of actually eating at a table, now get this, without having people there to talk to. I can understand if you're at a table with some friends or family but why bother eating there alone when I have a perfectly good desk where I can eat food and watch shit at the same time?

I have a question /ck/ about 100% apple juice

So we occasionally buy like a dozen of boxes, and I noticed something strange. After opening it, and drinking it straight away the juice tastes pretty bad. It's just really sour and not pleasing.
But! If you leave it in the fridge for a couple of days, it gets better. By the third day it is perfect, the taste is a lot richer, fuller, sweeter.

What is the reason behind this?

Cuz you touch yourself at night you fyckin faggit
>>
>>7168476
Loooooool!!!!

>>7168470
Im not sure.
I heard when it comes to wine some people leave it standing after opening it to let the air oxidize it or something.
Not sure if im correct on the term that I've used to describe it but im confident on the process as being an actual thing people do.

Maybe something similar happens with the apple juice.
>>
>>7168470 >>7168497

Also, if youre drinking it right away without letting it cool in the refrigerator then that probably is the reason why it taste better.
It's the same thing when it comes to soda, coffe, juice, milk, and pretty much anything that taste better when it's chilled.
