Brown butter sage sauce with mushrooms. Pro tip: mushrooms freeze well and are more convenient to use that way, plus they release their moisture better when cooked and give what ever you're throwing them in a more shroomy flavor.

Put ~1/4 cup of butter on med heat, add a handful of sage leaves, simmer until the edges of the leaves curl up and the start to crisp up (around this time your butter will begin to brown), pluck out the leaves, throw a generous amount of the frozen shrooms in the pan and turn up the heat a bit, they will cook fairly rapidly and release their juices, reduce liquid. Meanwhile have a pot of cooked mushroom ravioli ready to go, pour sauce over ravioli and add a generous helping of parmigiana to it, gently stir pasta until sauce is nice and creamy

Depends on the quality of bun but i would say its about 20%.
There are some places where the bun is basically as good as two slices of bread. Prefer a slightly toasted bun with grains to add texture, but im not opposed to the idea of lettuce buns as long as the burger itself was well seasoned.

Turkey has such a strong flavor, it doesn't need much of a secret recipe. Using citrus with it is popular, but salt and pepper makes perfect turkey. As far as fast food goes, nah because turkey kind of sucks
