What's the best cheap meat grinder?
I want to make fresh burgers I can safely eat medium.
a knife. unironically. chop until you're tired of chopping, then chop again for just as long, and you'll end up with minced meat with texture, perfect for anything, especially if you're making "meat packed in dough" in any variant.

safe or not, undercooked burger is hella yucky
It completely overwhelms every other flavor. Chicken, pork, beef, seafood...it all tastes like BBQ sauce.
How does BBQ sauce retain it's popularity?
>>9434298
same could be said of any sauce. just depends on how much you like/hate it.
No, I probably have it a couple times a year at most.
I found a recipe for cardamom buns online, and it calls for wheat sourdough in the ingredients. I don't think I have time to spend a week or so feeding and growing a sourdough starter, so I want to work around that. If I combined unpasteurized ale with flour and let that sit for a day would that work?
water + flour+ active dry yeast = starter
>>9434063
I'm aware, but I'd prefer not waiting.
>>9434053
I think the flavor in sourdough is produced by lactic acid so maybe find a way to incorporate some type of yogurt or whey.
>drains your bar
What is that?
Wolverine claws for a retard?

Subway salad chopper
What's a /ck/ approved hot sauce recipe? Not sriracha or whatever but something homemade
just toss in some cayanne powder. hot sauce is merely cayanne and vinegar and sugar anyhow.
just heat up some peppers of your choosing with vinegar sugar and/or spice of your choosing then blend that shit
i made a nice buffalo wing sauce today with sambal oelek, apple cider vinegar, and homemade strawberry jam because that's the only sweet i had on hand
was deelish
Ignore these first 2 posters I'm going to be making a habanero fermented hot sauce OC thread tomorrow where I'll show the steps. You can see from the pic my plant has at least enough for a litre jar. Tune in tomorrow. Anyone that likes hot sauce and doesn't ferment their own has something missing.
Should cheese go on salad ?
If it's feta
>>9434003
the only cheese that belongs on a salad is blue cheese.
/thread.
mozzarella
I bought a Crock Pot
what can I cook in it other than lame ass pot roast? I was thinking of doing pulled pork with one of those McCormick sauces. Thoughts?
Also, what are youre favorite crock pot recipes
chili
cut up chili ingredients and put them in that bitch for a few hours. bam.
This isn't a crock-pot, this is a pewter-pot, perfect for boiling carbonaras (cream, onion, eggs)

You sound like a working class chump. I bet you thought it would be a great "investment", how you would wake up to a warm, healthy breakfast to start off your long day. Maybe, you even had a couple thoughts about all the other nifty little uses you could find for the thing, how it would help you cook healthier meals in general, shed a couple pounds off the old gut, boost your confidence around work and with the ladies. Yeah, maybe that slow cooker would start your life cooking again, wouldn't it? I can see your strained hands holding the box and reading through it carefully at the store. A little bit pricey, but you're the type of guy who thinks everything is more than you can spend, aren't you. And look what happened to you. Look what the slow cooker did to you. Fucked you over, and made you clean it like a useless bitch. You don't even fucking like oatmeal. Piece of shit, you've been repeating those three words your whole life, haven't you. Yeah, how was work after that piece of shit fucked you over? I bet it was on your mind the whole day, you probably didn't say shit to nobody. Can't be telling people about your mistakes. How your little fix yourself plan, failed you. Don't want people to start thinking you're the failure. You're the piece of shit, all along. You don't want that do you? You don't want to be the piece of shit everybody secretly whispers about, do you? Was your father a piece of shit like you? I bet he never had a slow cooker. He had a woman, a house, a damn good job. I bet it's slow cooking you the fuck alive, isn't it. Comparing yourself to him. How one day when all the steam runs our of your life, you'll discover how you're nothing more than burnt shit to be scraped off and thrown in the trash.

The quesaritto says you're wrong.
They keep coming out with these stupid meme foods and none of them stick around longer than a month so i can't just walk in and order my go-to.
Also I noticed all their prices went up, is it to pay for all the food scientists they hire to make these ungodly abominations against food?
>>9433584
>prices went up
I noticed they went up by like, $0.10 awhile ago, but they're still the cheapest go-to here
>The food was good!

The FOH can ruin a persons dining experience, that they're paying for, even if the food is great.
Blame the server.
