What's a /ck/ approved hot sauce recipe? Not sriracha or

just toss in some cayanne powder. hot sauce is merely cayanne and vinegar and sugar anyhow.

just heat up some peppers of your choosing with vinegar sugar and/or spice of your choosing then blend that shit

i made a nice buffalo wing sauce today with sambal oelek, apple cider vinegar, and homemade strawberry jam because that's the only sweet i had on hand

Ignore these first 2 posters I'm going to be making a habanero fermented hot sauce OC thread tomorrow where I'll show the steps. You can see from the pic my plant has at least enough for a litre jar. Tune in tomorrow. Anyone that likes hot sauce and doesn't ferment their own has something missing.
