What's the best cheap meat grinder?

I want to make fresh burgers I can safely eat medium.
>>
a knife. unironically. chop until you're tired of chopping, then chop again for just as long, and you'll end up with minced meat with texture, perfect for anything, especially if you're making "meat packed in dough" in any variant.

I don't have the muscular endurance to handle that.

Burgers are best medium though, it's just you can have too cook store bought ground to medium well at minimum.
>>
get a manual one from a small portugese or italian owned hardware store

the kind that also sell huge pots and propane burners

I realize that, but undercooked ground beef always seemed gross to me, even if it wasn't for the health risks
>>

Medium isn't undercooked though.

I like this one. Under $50.00 and I've ground 20 lbs of venison at one time w/o it burning out. The only drawback is the components are aluminum so you have to handwash, dry and put a coating of veg oil

>thinks a business or corporation will clean better than the individual using the meat

LMAO, no. Try working in the food industry for 1/2 day. Wear a hidden camera, post it on youtube and you'll have over 1,000,000 hits in a few days. I buy only cryovac'd primals and grind myself. Stay cucked.
