I like Blue Moon. not cheap, too pricey for what it is, but I like it. avoid their seasonal beers, all shit.

Mac and cheese w beef most definitely my man but I call it cheeseburger mac. I just boil some noodles, brown my beef, melt a bunch of Velveeta in the noodles and mix in the beef. But here is where the magic happens. You can mix in your favorite burger toppings into the pasta too.

The owner legitimately considered shutting down because we 86'd damn near half the menu. Prep was done on the fly per order at one point. We don't have a dishwasher because we don't get that busy, we can usually bust the pit out on down times, so we also kept running out of plates. Took two hours to close.
