I don't have a photo of mine so here's a random breakfast burrito. For me, I like to scramble some eggs in taco sauce, scramble up some breakfast sausage, and in the burrito wrap I put the eggs, sausage, yellow rice, Mexican blend shredded cheese, and taco sauce. It's fucking delicious. Personally I don't like onions and peppers so that's why I don't add any. What do you guys prefer in your breakfast burrito?

I've never had one. Mexican flavors in the morning would be too much to process. It would feel like no breakfast at all.

I'm not a big fan, but it's definitely a different flavor. TBQH my favorite steak is skirt, and as far as I know that's not something they dry age. I've only had dry aged tenderloins, NY strip, and so on

It's not. Dry aging only works with large primals because the rind must be discarded after aging. Which is why you rarely see aged tenderloin.

Why is food so expensive yet agriculture and food services workers are paid like shit?

Yet, grocery chains don't make much profit either.

How do I make hashbrowns like Waffle House? I can shred the potatoes to the right consistency with a cheese grater, I cook them in clarified butter on a griddle, but they always turn out soggy and not as crispy as WH. What am I missing?

Compression. Use a steak weight or a waffle iron to make them exactly how you prepped them. Also, before the butter, do a solid 20 minute water soak...then pat dry with a paper towel.
