I have heard about the chicken bakes, and it seems like you either love them or hate them? Isn't it pretty much a soupy chicken pot pie in a hot pocket? Have any advice on their hot dog vs polish sausage? I hear it's like 1.50 for one of those with a drink which sounds like a pretty great deal.

If you're thinking like that there's really no reason to eat Fast Food except for Fried Stuff, you know since it's a bit of a pain to deep fry at home not to mention the messiness of it all and FUCK OIL BURNS.
I mean why pay a shitload of money for Steak at a high class joint? I can buy USDA Prime Beef at any upscale market and it'll taste just as good.
Honestly I now order stuff at restaurants I'd never wanna make at home because they can be so damn time consuming to make proper. I'd rather pay top dollar for a good chicken pot pie than deal with puff pastry to be frank.

The distinction between Presentation and Appeal: If someone submits an artfully arranged but burnt steak as an entry, it may score high in Presentation but low in appeal.

The difference is simply aesthetic. For example, it improves the look of a guacamole by havingthe contrast of the bit of red from a red pepper as opposed to green since the avocado is green. The heat level will be the same.
Having said that, some varieties like bell pepper seem to become sweeter in the red stage.
