Solid 10/10 core grade rainbow trout my girl. Spargnasty looks a bit hard though.
Overall I'd have 2 downgrade cus of that + couscous okay if garlic mode, like if you rolled it in trout pan?
I mean spargnasty has 2 be grylled or pickled at minimum my girl

Thoughts on my asparagus?
here's mine

Good, but I would have done something more with the asparagus.
Bacon-bundle them or stir-fried with a dark sauce.
8.5/10, solid meal.

Swap out the fries with a baked potato, add a small caesar salad and this is my all time favorite meal, and you did it well.
9/10 would smash
WHite pizza with cream sauce, grana padano, chicken, salted ham, shallots, and broccoli.

You're supposed to cook the asparagus before you eat it, OP.
Inspired by op's post i also bought some asparagus and trout for dinner.
Normally I'd get salmon but trout was on special and cheap as fuck.
