My business is selling/renting huts in the Norwegian woods and mountains. Huge area, most things go so I'm open for anything.
Theres a yearly fee for making the ski tracks which I pay for entirely, but it ruins my business because there is a law that states that "skiing should be free for everyone" - hence I have to pull out the money from my own pocket.
If I stop paying for it - no ski tracks and no more customers.
If I will make do, every one of the hut owners need to pay a small fee of 100 dolars a year (huts can go by the million), but they cling to the law that gives them rights to not pay for it, meanwhile gladly pay 400 for a week at some other ski resort.
How do I get them to pay, knowing that it will benefit both me and them?

Increase the price of the rent itself proportional to the ski track thing. In that way they're unaware of paying for the ski track thing, despite doing so. It's kinda what companies with high in demand products do when they're slapped with an increase in taxes, they just pass it on wholesale to consumers.

- Ask the government for subsidies thanks to the law. They are supporting me with 30k for every million used on tracks, but that doesn't cut it (3%)

Honestly, why do people care so much about what major you choose? It's irrelevant as long as you don't choose something like gender studies or something retarded.
All that matters is :

That's LITRALLY it. As long as you meet the bare minimum success is so easy. Don't get caught up in majors. It's irrelevant. I don't understand why everyone else is complaining. Start somewhere. Be personable. Volunteer. Learn new hobbies. Learn new skills. And always continue learning. Fake it until you make it. If you're not in a job where you're at least slightly uncomfortable you're not growing as a person. What's important is getting uncomfortable being uncomfortable, that's the secret to success. Every single person is capable of it.

I've decided to be a neet for the next year but I want to be productive.

I'm fairly intelligent - my iq is 120 - but my strong suit has always been writing and languages.
