I swear, you go see how these people live and how miserable they are, you'll bump your 401k. The rich side has 24 hour nursing care. The poor side has a group of chain smokers who buy shitty cigarettes with what they have left over. These people literally park their wheelchair facing a wall and chain smoke. No talking to one another, just stare at the wall and burn one after another. I have a theory that the women on the rich side, where i work, married into money. The women on the poor side were too ugly to find a husband, scooting around with the one foot they have left, desperate for someone to talk to. These people are literally waiting to die so they can stop being such a burden.
Just a bit of insight on why saving for retirement matters.

No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform. -- (also learn difference between LIMIT and MARKET orders!!!)

thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want to go open a second account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or Yahoo/Google finance for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

'Sup /biz/, fagg/o/t here. I am in need of advice as to what to do with a settlement I am getting.

I am just waiting for the judge to sign the settlement money and well I am a bit anxious for a couple of reasons.


I want to spend some of the money into paying my whole aviation career that's a bit expensive. Which goes for around $120K.

I have heard of some companies that give you money right of the bat for your settlement. It sounds fishy to me, but I guess that's why I am asking here whether things like J.G. Wentworth are a good deal.

After that, I still have plenty of money left, the $120K is just a fraction of the full amount, but I would also like to know what would be the best way to make your money grow.

I appreciate the imput.
