Help me solve an argument here /biz about salary v.s. hourly employment

Hello biz. I'm living in 5th world european country (ukraine). I do some freelance work on regular basis, but i have some free time, like 2-3 hours per day, in between the main work. This is the time when I can multitask some extra work. Something like data entry will fit nicely, but I need a site who works with third world countries and also pays on something except paypal (payoneer, visa etc). Also good if it has low competition ( i get tired applying 100 jobs offers competing with indians on elance). Even if it has shy pay, something around 5$ per hour is fine.
