I don't even mean I'm an adrenaline junkie who can't get enough day trading or something, I just can't stop thinking of building value in every last dollar. I basically impulse buy sound long-term financial decisions, even when I should be spending that money on more immediate things like necessary purchases for the house (currently need socks and toilet paper and shit). I'm 25 and I don't make a lot of money but I invest like I'm some rich guy with assets to develop, when in reality I'm just trying to make basically marginal percent returns on a hundred bucks here, or 600 there. Often safe bets, but with money I kind of can't afford to be pulling from my meager paychecks.
Is this the emergence of a successful adult mindset, or is there such a thing as an unhealthy preoccupation with one's financial future?

I'm a non EU national, who recently graduated in economics from an English university. I speak three languages fluently, and have European ancestry but no access to an EU citizenship due to how the laws are structured. Over the last few weeks I've sent well over 300 applications, I've only received attention from a handful of companies, despite already having good experience under my belt and only really looking for relatively low to mid tier jobs. My CV is fine, I've had it checked by multiple people including the career service at my university. What am I missing here?
I desperately don't want to go to my shit tier country. My upbringing makes me feel like a foreigner there, I only really feel at home in Europe. As such, I've applied to everywhere on the continent - I just want a foothold, and I'm not particularly concerned about income for now. I'm willing to put the work in to prove my worth, but I'm not given a chance to do so.Could you guys please help with suggestions? I'm looking to break into the financial sector somehow...

I had ~$25K in Registered Retirement Savings, that was managed by third party, but I now transferred it to my personal banking investing tool. It is currently just sitting there not doing anything. I intent on buying 3-4 stocks with it, evenly split..
I was thinking splitting it into something like: AMD/Nvidia/Blackberry ? but having cold feet.. any advice on some under the radar stocks I should look into? Like Tesla before it went huge, or AMD when it was at $2 a share half year ago.. etc..
