How do I deal with annoying fucking coworkers?
I work at a pizza restaurant and whenever my shift manager dispatches me on a delivery, he calls me by honking my fucking name like a god damn goose. I haven't been bothered about it for a year, but it's getting to the point where he's doing it all the time and even has the entire store do it a couple times and it has gotten extremely aggravating. I've asked him to stop doing it, before, and he has stopped doing it for a month, but he's back at it again.
I don't know if I should report it to HR or request a transfer, since there are other stores 5-10 miles away.
All I really want to do is bash his head with a bat - that would be very satisfying, but it would be too extreme and I don't want to deal with the consequences.

Hi biz plan to sell some products sourced from China from suppliers such as aliexpress
However, my country is a very far distance from China, and buying anything usually takes weeks to arrive
Should I individually invest in an inventory in order to provide quick delivery to customers in my country, it's pretty reasonable to assume they will get pissed if their items takes 2 weeks to arrive.
Has anybody else faced this situation before?

1 AliExpress is not a supplier. It's a distributor like what youre trying to be. If your customer can buy what youre selling for less on AliExpress youre ducked.

I tried dropshipping. You have to be able to sell your products for more than what you pay for them + the cost of advertising/website/whatever+shipping.
I found that shipping costs are totally unpredictable from China, so it's hard to math it out properly.
If I were going to do it again, I'd buy something small (sizewize) in bulk/wholesale, so that I'd know the shipping cost up front and earn a more sizable profit from each sale. The risk is that if you buy a bunch of shit and then can't sell it, you're hosed. Also you have to go to the post office and ship it yourself.
It's not a very fun business to run either way. With dropshipping I was able to automate all of it, but it just didn't make that much money (like a couple hundred a month at max). Buying wholesale would let me make more money but require a lot of manual work, which defeats the purpose, since this was a side project from my day job.
Maybe wholesale + amazon fulfillment? I haven't found a winning recipe yet.

Need your advice anons. Should I leave uni (my first year- international relations and safety studies - in europe) and focus on stock market? Get a piece of paper and do a little playing the market with made up trades for a while (like just write down the stock, price, number, trading fees, etc then follow and learn tradig it in your spare time while still at uni. google finance is great to try paper trading, you can set up a portfolio with "cash" and buy sell as you want.

Actually, I did paper trading for about half a year, mostly as position trader, tried intra-day trading but lost 80% due to my emotions so I wanna stay away from that. The stuff I am worried about is being able to live from stock market alone, thanks for the advice anon.

So, for a while, I have been asking people to structurally support charity. Basically, charities give the company I work for big money to find people to support the charity, and I get paid to walk around the streets/city centre to find people that want to support charity. Each person I find gives the company around 150 euro. Every half assed student can find 2-5 people while doing this work instead of MCdonnalds as part time job. A good salesman can find up to 20 people the day. (I myself have an average of 5, and I make around 160 euro per day, while the company gets the 600 euro not used to pay my wage) The average score company wide is 3.8. There is a shit ton of money to be made in this industry. My boss once worked for a similair organisation and thought ''I can organise this better'' And I myself think I can do it just as wel. Problem: The dutch market has been saturated, with people asking to support a charity for 10 euro the month on every corner, and the average dutch household supporting charities for 60 euro the month alreay. In other euro country's I have not yet seen other professional fund raisers, so here is my question ''Where else can take this concept?''
What county's/regions are wealthy, and more importent, socialist/left enough, to want to support every charity that has a good story teller selling it?

They're an excellent way to save money, but I would personally only choose to live in one of these if I was already working from home and generating a large income. If the goal is to grow your net work and you/your SO do not mind confined spaces or live a normal/active life then I'd recommend it for a short-medium term stay.

well, i guess i would need both for the game,
so first the artist, then a programmer for the game.
i have enough good ideas to make this work if i can force them to work on all of them at once we could put out a page a week on three or so comics and maybe start making decent money on patreon after a few months to a year, hopefully short enough that the 20k hasnt ran dry.
