I'm Flemish and use Degiro. Careful though, they will automatically make a second Dutch bank account in your name so check if your country has some law that automatically flags you for possible tax evasion for having a foreign bank account first.

I don't know how much capital you have, but be careful not to start with too much money. I suggest starting with as little money as possible just to practice and not lose big sums of money on stupid shit like not knowing what the difference between a limit or a market order is. People don't immediately see the benefits to central banking like they do the internet, though.

Probably why they like Bitcoin, since it performs (some) central bank functions while being provably fair. Blockchain doesn't lend unfortunately.
