>tfw rich but have no power
>Having money
With money comes the ability to control people and control over people is what power is.
Find some servants.

If he turn his nose up, boy he on that powder..."
I'm moving to Germany and was wondering if I'll need to translate my CV to german when I send it in my job applications? I'll be applying only to blue-collar jobs because I have no education other than hs and dropping out of college in England. Or does it not matter? Sorry if I shouldve asked this elsewhere, /biz/ just looked like the most appropriate board
>>1683868
how can you move without a visa? after article 50 is triggered will they deport you?
>>1683872
I am a European citizen. All that needed is a passport. Once you stay there for 3 months you simply just need to show them proof of employement or proof of being able to sustain yourself. You only need a visa if you're from outside of Europe.
>>1683876
You sound pretty sure of yourself for someone who isn't even sure what language to type his fucking CV in
THE U-3 rate crossed over its 12m MAV this september. Market crash + recession around the corner, I give it half a year tops. Read this fine piece if you can't wrap your head around pic related.

bump
looks like it will be a big retracement.
how long we got?
>>1683858
does the graph suggest that you can never have 0% unemployment.
once it gets so low, workers demand from employer because of lack of worker supply.
this forces companies to "economise" and cut back to only required profit centers.
employment goes back up, but now we're in full blown recession.
lack of spending kills business and more jobs are lost.
it'll bottom out and stabilise, but only the best will keep their jobs.
about right?
>>1683894
Sometime 2017. Watch the monthly unemployment statistics closely, Wall Street is aware of this and rising urate could trigger big sell offs.
>tfw shifty service and disorganized shelves makes shopping unpleasant.
>tfw no discount for bagging my own groceries.
>tfw one employee to watch over 7 autonomous registers.
Why the fuck should I pay for every single item?
>>1683810
>when you realize everyone's stolen items are being priced in to your items too
>>1683810
There is detection on the bag side for unscanned added weight so you need to pocket it so you might as well do that away from the front end. I worked with a guy who was a semi-pro shoplifter, a big guy, built like a running back. He always said he was waiting for someone to try and stop him out in the parking lot of whatever...I was like, wew! He did it mostly for a sport of sorts.

What job can I get that isn't a fucking meme?

Journalism
Just don't work for any of the major companies and work for somebody who covers those areas.
>>1683676
Separate your wants from your needs.
You want a job doing something you are interested in.
You need a job that pays a livable wage so that you can have a roof over your head.
Getting a job doing something that you enjoy is a meme.
Basically I was scheduled to work from 9am to 6pm. It was a "busy day" aka the multiple managers and supervisors doing basically nothing whilst I slave away. Serious I had 2 managers and 2 supervisors and just me as a normal worker wtf.
The clock hit 6pm and I asked my line manager "what time am I finishing at" expecting her to say "oh it's 6 you can go now" but instead she says "we'll see".
I went to the staffroom got my coat and left.
Should point out I've had a disciplinary already.
>>1683664
Yes, gross negligence.
They can only hold on to you for up to 30 mins after your scheduled time, leaving before that can get you in trouble.
Sounds like a shit job anyways, who gives a fuck
Do any of you donate a part of your profits? Who do you give it to?
I've been donating some money to the children's hospital for cancer. I haven't "saved" anyone yet since I live off a blog but still.
you niggardly cheap egomaniac greedy jews
all of you
>>1683528
That's nice of you, I "donated" some money to VDARE, but they gave me a book, and a copy of their magazine so it wasn't really a donation. I try to support people and causes that I agree with, but I haven't donated to anything in a while.
>>1683594
Sorry, I like to think I'll do more when (if) I'm rich.
>>1683528
>Do any of you donate a part of your profits?
I give what I can. I should probably do more. But you should never feel bad about giving in any amount. Kudo to you for making the effort.
I have made 200 dollars today trading oil using technical analysis to predict where stock will go. ask me anything.

>you can get rich on intelligence alone
Id say its 75% connections 10% luck and 14% work ethic. If einstien or zuckerberg would have been born in chicago projects nobody would know their names

99% connections 1% talent
luck doesn't exist, only blessings do
ethics are learned, you can be a highly effective individual and perform effectively within a concentrated time-frame, in fact taking a step back often leads to break-throughs and dreams are
>>1683347
I'd say it's 75% work ethics 14.9% connections 0.1% luck..
I know plenty of intelligence people who had great ideas but just wouldn't sit on their asses and make them, instead they prefer getting work instructions from their bosses.. I have no sympathy towards them
>>1683329
Unfortunately, it's all about connections, mate.
Why are old white women universally the worst possible customer you can ever have in your store? They're so stupid, angry at things you can't control while holding you responsible, and self-obsessed.
It's uncanny and I have literally never encountered an exception in 15+ years accumulated experience. Young white women are a mixed bag, old black women are generally friendly even if kinda dull, and old white men generally get that you're just doing your job.
Why is it specifically old white women that are such fucking abominable cunts that are impossible to deal with?
Their whole life resolved around their looks. And then they got old.
>>1683320
*revolved
>>1683300
White baby boomer women were used to having the easy life. Marry a guy with a steady job, get a nice house, have some kids, don't really have to do any work. Then they start getting old and they can't adapt to the changing world. Now they have to talk to a robot on the phone to get their pills refilled. They need to insert their credit card into the chip reader (and leave it in there until it is approved!) instead of just writing a check. They need don't understand why self checkout is replacing nice cashiers that they can chat with. The good life that they knew has been replaced with frustrating technology that they can't figure out due to their slowly deteriorating mental capacity.
How do stocks work?
I need an autist guide. I don't even know where to buy them.. is there a site?
>>1683282
You want into your bank and say magic words "I'd like to open an investment account". After filling up paper work they give you access to their online broker where you buy / sell. In Canada, say the magic words "I'd like to open a self directed TFSA account" so that its tax free.
