ITT: We fantasize about making a lot of money in criminal (and maybe movie-like) ways.
I was wondering wether someone could buy a stack of fake bills and get a shitty retail job with the sole purpose of replacing real bills in the register with the fake bills.
You would only do a single bill like once a week or something like that, and if they notice, you just lay down for a while and anticipate their moves because you're insider and they would initially suspect some customer doing it, so you would know about the countermeasures.
Maybe get two or three part-time jobs, so you could multiply your earnings.
Let's say a stack of €10k in €50 bills costs €1500.
With three jobs it would take 10 weeks to make your initial investment back (if you do a bill per week at each place), and then about a year to make the rest.
If you supplement this with other ways to spend them (for example using them to buy things where it's hard to check, like at the farmers market, or stopping teenagers in the street asking if they have €50 in lower denomination bills and coins, etc) it would be much quicker, and you'd have the income from the three jobs + a free €8500 (or more, depending on how efficient you are) every year.
I'm sure you could find other ways to supplement the original register swap thing, or even replace it altogether.
For example, you could spend your weekends going on a tour of a list of small store where you'd be sure that they don't check (and are safe, like no cameras, etc) and buy a cheap item in each, so you get back the rest in smaller bills and can make thousands in a single weekend.
What do you think?
Obviously it would be better to have a serious organization with multiple people like the organized crime groups do, but for a single person, does this make sense?

If you get that job with the purpose of doing this, you're obviously going to avoid places that can easily get you caught.
Also, what about swppaing the bills, and then use the fake bill as change when somebody buys with a bigger bill?
If they notice before spending it, it's going to look like some other customer gave it to me, and if they don't, then it's the problem of whatever store the customer I give it to decides to spend it at.

I can't motivate myself to work hard on anything or have goals. I know other people have quarter life crises but my life is fucking zooming past, not due to a boring 9-5 job but my inability to do anything with my free time.

TWO WORDS:

These are the S&P 500, Nikkei, DAX 30 etc.
Why indices? Because an index consists of an average of hundreds or thousands of stocks in a country. So if a few hundred companies go bust - no problem, more companies will simply replace them in the index.
This basically means indices will never go to zero unless aliens attack the earth or a country gets nuked back to the stone age.
So you do this.
Go both long and short and NEVER close out your trade until atleast one or both trades are in profit. Its literally impossible to not make money this way unless you are genuinely retarded.

First of all, I know how hostile and pessimistic things are on this site, so I'll excuse myself in advanced for making a thread that probably appears on a daily basis and also make it clear that I acknowledge how hard it is to break into any market at all in 2016. Now that this is out of the way:
- Does anyone here sell clothes online?
- Clothes of your own design or do you re-sell wholesale shit you bought from China?
I really like designing clothes. I've been doing it for a few years in Photoshop, but I rarely realise any of my designs. I've shown some ideas around and I got positive feedback, but I take this approval very lightly since it was mostly friends and acquaintances, and I'm sure everyone here knows how meaningless their feedback is, although it is a start, and some of my friends are honest enough with me to say something is bad when it really is.
I'm just looking for any advice whatsoever relating to this. Not "don't do it" or "it's impossible", but actual advice or stories so I can at least do the least damage possible when things go wrong.
I was thinking of starting with some of the easier/cheap designs to produce so I can buy some blanks from China and then print and/or modify them at home, and see if the prototypes would turn out good and then after look into selling them online. I'll emphasize that money isn't my main objective with this, I'm much more interested in selling things and knowing that someone is wearing something I designed. As long as I don't lose money or too much then I'll be more than happy, but of course making a profit so I can increase production and quality would be great.
Either that, or should I save my time and just re-sell China stuff?

What kind of clothes are they? Who's your demographic? I'd say try to get black people to buy your clothes if you can. It sounds weird because they don't have money but black people actually spend a larger portion of their income on luxury goods than white people( and Asians I think) and it doesn't really have to be quality to attract them. You just need the right image. If your company is small, it'll be easier for you to copy designs of popular items, but remember, a lot of fashion companies make most of their money from accessories.
To be honest OP, the market is really tough and you will probably fail. However, this company may help get a job in a larger clothing company doing design or marketing, but you need to really make those connections.

Hey /biz/.
I'm a retard and don't know what I'm doing with my college career.
Took one semester of general education using federal aid. I can't afford higher education without taking out a loan.
I was just want advice on whether or not I should continue going to college for my business master's and be in debt, or get a bachelor's instead.
I was a computer science major before, but I don't want to do that shit for a living.
Going to law school to be an attorney is also an option, but I'm not sure how difficult or reliable taking that path would be. Plus, debt.
