Which ratio makes more sense? Are they both equally relevant?
EPS = Earnings / current price of a stock
PER = current price of a stock / Earnings

First off, if you are trading stocks RIGHT NOW STOP. It IS a ZERO SUM GAME! Meaning, statistically over time, you will either be where you started or worse due to commissions. Unless you are in it go the long run this is just another casino.
But you know what? You can become part of the casino, you can be the lotto ticket printer instead of buyer.
How you ask? By selling options.
If you don't know what an option is and you are trading in the stock market STOP RIGHT NOW AND SELL TO CLOSE ALL OF YOUR POSITIONS.
Education your self on options and futures. Always know that any other investment product is garbage.
Back to my main point: how to actually make money on the stock market for real.
Lets say you wanted to make a 100% return in a year, sounds like you need to push all in every time and get super lucky right? Wrong.
What if I told you there is a method allowing for a 95% chance that you can make a 100% return a year.
To put it in short because I feel sorry for you guys who are literally trying to get rich on penny stocks (lmao, just another lottery scheme) and memecoins.
tldr: sell 2 standard deviations strangles on high implied volatility % stocks at 45 days and buy back after 25-50% of profit is reached. This is the ONLY way to legitimately make a huge yearly return. Sure there is "unlimited risk" but there is a reason your BPR only a 2 STD move in the stock price.
Ask your answers.

What was your biggest financial blunder? Have you ever made a horrible investment or experienced terrible buyer's remorse?
The worst financial decision I've made was to buy a boat. I bought it for $8000 + 4 months of insurance @ $200 a month. I had time to use it maybe 5 times. Then i got a new job and was in a time crunch to move away, so I was forced sell it to a wholesale dealer for $3000.
Please make me feel better. Tell me you've done worse

Wage slave here. I graduated college with a logistics degree and got a 78k job on the west coast with high COL. I have a little over 20k in savings and I'm depressed out of my mind being a wagecuck working 10-12 hours a day with little free time in which I'm too tired to do anything I enjoy anyways.
I need out, I research possible ways to make money independently from day trading to buying shit from china and selling on Amazon. There's a lot of options and it's pretty overwhelming, I'd like to pick something with a decent chance of success and put all my free time into making it suceed.
If I could net 1k a month I'd be very happy. More the better obviously but that comes with time.
Any recommended readings/methods or experiences are appreciated.

No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform. -- (also learn difference between LIMIT and MARKET orders!!! and Jews are not white)

It's purely commercial daubing. It's more that I value the time and materials according to what I think I can sell the end product for.
There's also the shipping issue. They need to be protected with some light wood packaging, and this drives up the shipping price; I need to either factor it into the asking price, or jack up the asking price so that the listed shipping price doesn't seem ridiculous.
I like art but prefer food. In any case I'll be signing these trashy things under a pseudonym.

Don't jack up the price to include high shipping. Always itemize, I.e. this is what the product is and this is what the shipping is and your total is this. Say the shipping may seem high, but that's because we take extra special precautions to make sure the item arrives at your address in the same condition it left us. You have to build value for your product, you can't just expect some stranger to give you money for it.
Why don't you try to sell locally to start?
