I started the $5 challenge in July. This is my result in just 5 months. Im not sure how much i saved but im not going to touch it, just deposit it in savings start all over today and see how I do for a full year. This is a challenge encourage everyone to participate in. Happy New Year.
The challenge is every time you received a $5 bill put it away, if you break a bill and get $5 bills...put them away. Save all of your $5 bills for an entire year, don't count or spend any of it until the challenge is complete.

I've been working but have had some recent setbacks (i.e. no money in the bank). Did some soul searching and am looking to get out of the current business I'm in and into a different business. Problem is, my experience is largely in this unrelated business (at least, on paper - I have experience in the business I'm thinking about going into but I kept it all quiet and on the side because the other business I'm in would have looked down on it.) I guess I'm not sure if I should try looking into bank loans or just, well, I don't know, I guess. I have mortgage and other responsibilities to consider.

Not quite sure this is the right board, but since I found nothing more adequate, here it goes: I'm making an app in this field for a client and basically I needed some info on how it works on a user level.
The app would basically connect the patient, his/her family, the caregiver, and the care manager.
I have a pretty good idea of how all of those users are - their most common goals, their frustrations, their behaviours, etc - except for the latter one, the manager.
Anyone wanna chip in? I'd be eternally thankful, no fucking clue what I'm doing here.

Hi annons, so I have a too many black marks on my record in USA.
I have been looking at business investor visas in other countries Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, and Canada.
Most of the countries have an amount of about 1.5 million of their currency to obtain a business investor visa (have to hold money in stocks/bonds).
But when I go to Australia's visa website, they claim they no longer accept any business visas!
Will they start accepting more visas, with the start of the new year?
