How do you get your money out of bitcoin?
> t. Nocoiner
why do banks steal our money and how do i prevent getting jewd
inflation rates are higher than any interest rates i can earn in savings with guaranteed interest. Banks are stealing our money under the false impression we earn money from interest
Withdraw all your money

>why do banks steal our money
How are they stealing your money?
>how do i prevent getting jewd
Who's jewing you?
>inflation rates are higher than any interest rates i can earn in savings with guaranteed interest. Banks are stealing our money under the false impression we earn money from interest
That's not what jewing is. They're not lying to you, you're agreeing to loan them your money under terms that they keep it safe for you.
If you want to avoid it then invest in broad market low-cost ETFs.

No money in ebay any more. You'd make better money working a mcdonalds drivethrough with ebay and paypal fees
>>1697926
>No money in eBay anymore
Where did this meme come from? I make over $2,000 in profit a week on eBay. The combined fees between eBay and Paypal are only 13%.

Selling what
> live in an income-tax-free state
> make 100k+ from age 25-35
> contribute $18k+ to pre-tax 401(k) per year
> by using backdoors, contribute $40k+ to Roth IRA per year, all this money is already-taxed and available on demand
> quit
> have children, buy a house, contribute to college funds, all this tax-deductive life event stuff
> using the tax-deductions widen the 0% tax bracket as much as I can
> use the entire bracket converting 401(k) money to the Roth tax-free (when I quit, I'd have rolled the 401(k) over into a tIRA)
> that money will now never be taxed, even as it grows
> after five years, the converted money is available in case I need it
> once the 401(k) is empty, move to a high-income-tax state where goods and services are cheap
> slowly spend all the "contributions", which include all the backdoored capital as well as converted 401(K) money
> additional earnings become available to me at age 60
> social security at age 70
> haven't worked or paid tax in 35 years, still living the big life
America is fucking awesome.
wew lad, should've bought bitcoin
How do you contribute 40k to Roth IRA ?
>>1697973
There are two backdoors, one where you contribute 5500 after-tax to a tIRA and convert, another where you contribute $36k after tax to your 401(k) then to an in-service rollover to your Roth.
Has anyone here ever made any profitable stock or other asset class picks?
Every piece of advice I've acted on from 4chan has lost me money, from the gold miners last year to alt coins to MTG to US weed stocks.
Jesus, are any of you actually solvent?

Capital gains come from diversification across [low/uncorrelated] asset classes and time.

I try and meme realestate here every once and a while, but there are so many delusional faggots here that want to make money from their mom's basement rather than go out and do real investing. Shit, its hard just to rise above all the retarded crypto coin gambling threads that seem to make up 50%+ of the post some times.
I have exactly 3,000.00 USD to use investing. I have no idea how to do this. Never traded anything and am clueless exactly how I would begin to. I live in America. I'm really poor. I've saved all of that money by practically staying in the park and my homeless shelter. Most of my wages are spent on bus fares to the library (computer) and work. I work at Walmart. That is my life story. I'm 20. I'm really too stupid to go to college, couldn't score above a 12 on my ACT. Failed all of my classes. Now I want to make somewhat of a better living for myself, if I even have enough to do that. I also do not have a phone if that means anything. I have to use library computers.
>>1697827
My poor man. How did you get to this point?
Where did it go wrong?
>>1697827
if you dont mind losing these 3k then invest in some memecoins or try casino. High risk high reward m8.
>>1697827
enlist in the military. whatever you do don't get married until you get out. keep the 3k in cash until you're in.
I can't talk my parents out of this crap, but I want to at least make sure they don't burn too much money on this.
Anything I can do to minimize the damage?
Which one? Get some other idiots to sign up under them. Borrow a friend's BMW and get a fake Rolex.
>>1697753
people that fall for this stuff are stupid and thus poor.
they've already minimized the damage for you.
Tell them the extra income will push them into a higher tax bracket and they will pay more taxes. They may not understand marginal and effective tax rates.

How do I get rich by buying stocks? I know nearly nothing about it.
Go long & short on KNPD. Also buy & hold.
Are there any programs where I can see the past and present stocks then simulate the future?
Robinhood + DRAM + JNUG
Hi anons, I have a small question.
Back in Highschool, in my econ class we played a little game on Market watch. It was a virtual stock market game and we each started with 20,000 $.
No i just want to know if this is possible or not, since i used it in the game and made myself lots of money.
The trick was to look for a company whose stocks are rocketing.
I buy as much stocks i can with 20k. Wait for 15 minutes.
Sell my 20k stock.
BAMN JUST MADE 500 to a 1000$.
KEEP REPEATING UNTIL THE STOCK MARKET CLOSES and make sure you have sold all your stocks.
does this actually work... Im no econ dude, im just a mechanical eng...
No.
for reasons look up:
liquidity
volatility
settlement date
and how to spell "bam"
Yea it's actually that easy. Invest all you have into a single stock. Report back with your sick financial gains.
>>1697589
Don't listen to this guy. He is overcomplicating and making up terms. This is all bullshit.
>>1697485
because we are in another tech bubble. watch silicon valley get BTFO in the next couple of years.
>>1697488
who is in a tech bubble? Sure, they'll crash hard as soon as Ethereum goes POS, but then again, there ETC and i don't think they will go POS.
>>1697488
It definitely feels like one but I'm not so sure.
Tesla, however is a meme, and will never be what people think it will be. You think these big automakers are going to let Elon gobble up their market and do nothing about it?
I mean fuck, look at GM, they already beat Tesla to the punch with the bolt which is only $30k. Also the Nissan Leaf is a meme, so there's that.
I don't know what anyone is really expecting out of Tesla to have it valued so high. They are a luxury brand and will always be a luxury brand, if they don't go under.
Maybe they'll just be a battery company, like Honda is an engine company.
tl;dr tesla is meme tech
Can you explain a wageslave why countries can't default their debt when they start having to spend half their budget on interest of banks?
How can a poor country in deep debt and interest effectively overcome its financial difficulties?
>>1697373
you sell of all your country's assets until your country basically belongs to (((someone else))) and on top of that your people wil have to suffer through austerity
>>1697373
ah /pol/, you poor morons
debt is necessary, without it fiat collapses.
you poor stupid fuckers think the government is a business or something.
it's not.

>videos on YouTube that literally teach you step by step to build an online business with little money,”
Also, where are these/what are the best ones to watch?
Also, where are these/what are the best ones to watch?
Apparently they are on YouTube, you answered that yourself.
The "best" ones depend on what online spaces you are trying to get into.
Yeah, they should clean toilets like you, then they'd become redpilled and EPIC XD
>>1697352
i went into engineering. the majority of the lectures are useless and the professors can't teach/you don't learn anything. i learned more from getting my hands on solution manuals and checking how various types of problems are solved, looking things up online, and reading the books. although, most of the required books are actually dogshit because the professors can't teach, so they choose something that is a good reference book (for them) or a book they wrote instead of a good introductory book. labs have the opportunity to be useful, but most of the TAs are also dogshit because the bulk of US citizens realize that PhDs are largely useless so the TAs can barely speak english.
then there's the fact that no one really gives a fuck about your GPA and the degree is more of a right of passage. unfortunately, no one told me that so i focused more on my GPA than getting internships and now i'm stuck in academia pursuing a worthless PhD, because that's the only place where they actually remotely care about GPA.
What % of its post-tax income does /biz/ save and/or invest?
If you're a NEET, what % of your neetbux?
>me
>about 65%

I wish i got actual neetbux when i was a neet. All i could get was EBT and it was only $200 per month.
>>1697326
>If you're a NEET, what % of your neetbux?
save 50%, can't invest because if I do it it will count has a source of income and I lose my NEETbux, also if my saving get higher than 20k I also lose my NEETbux.
>>1697326
Save 16% for my 401k and max out my Roth IRA at $5k/yr. Anything else goes directly to my brokerage account, typically $5k-$10k/ yr
