Is it okay to give my dogs a kiss on the mouth? I do it all the time. But I want to know if I shouldn't do it. After all my dog licks his nutsacks all the time.
dogs have cleaner mouths than humans so you should kiss it as much as possible to make your mouth cleaner

And they say cat people are weird
POST SOME FUCKING POLYDACTYLS
One of my cats keeps walking around the house with small stuffed animals while making noise.
Does it think the stuffed animal is a dead kitten?Or does it wants to have kittens?
Some look too stylized to actually resemble a cat but they have the same size as a kitten i guess.
>One of my cats
>having multiple cats
>>2344529
Having two of the same sex is fine. When you get more than that is when there's an issue.
>>2344529
just 2
What are /an/s favourite people-orientated dogs? I've only ever owned sighthounds and while they do show affection, they've all been fairly independent dogs.
golden retrievers luv people
Seriously, in my experience, it's pretty rare to come across a golden that isn't into people. I have known a couple that get aggressive towards other big dogs, but that's always a risk with a dog, innit
>>2344425
Hear me out but pitbulls. They only attack people when they've not had enough funding for them programs.
>>2344425
labrador retrievers
>Not all sharks! Shark attacks are very rare, you're more likely to be struck by lightning! It's mistaken identity, sharks are the carnivore of peace
Funny how people say this after shark attacks.
Yes, this primordial animal designed entirely to kill and mate and kill that has done only that for millions of years is clearly trustworthy.
That's a cool shark

sharks don't want to eat humans because we taste like garbage. now scoot on back to your cave, drumpfling

I hate alram clocks
Generally more smug by a factor of three.
Maybe this isn't the right place for this thread but...I have a conundrum.
>tfw have moderate to severe anxiety and I think a service dog would be really helpful
>have a good dog who would be perfect for the job with some more training
>want to train her for it myself
>but I'm too anxious to start bringing her to non-"dog" spaces in public for training because I'm afraid people will harass me or try to kick me out for having a dog with me, especially because I don't have an "obvious" disability
Anyone here have a service dog? Any tips on managing interactions with people during the training process? Will a vest with "service dog"/"in training" patches keep people off my back and let me/her work?
So uh...service dog general, I guess? (Pic is not my dog, just a cute picture found on google)
>>2344222
Where I live, any animal can be a service animal for any reason and nobody can kick you out of an establishment for it. Here, feel free to carry around your pet snake because you have social anxiety without it, people may freak out but the law is on your side here. It's great. Look up your laws and learn them.
please don't do this. There are better ways to manage stress, the stress hormone cortisol can be reduced in many simple ways. The act of preparing and drinking black tea, can reduce your cortisol levels by around 50%.
if you learn how to manage your cortisol levels, you will find your anxiety much easier to manage.
>>2344248
No, that is not true.
https://adata.org/publication/service-animals-booklet
>A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
>Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
Part of the requirements to be a service animal is that is must be certified (but it's illegal to ask to see a copy of the certification, explain to me how that works) and must be able to perform a task to aid its owner. Emotional support animals meet neither of these requirements so they are not ADA enforceable. Sure, OP could go around and everyone would be too afraid of a lawsuit to call him out on his bullshit, but that's a shitty thing to do.
My advice would be to talk to your general medical practitioner about options to manage your anxiety, OP, be it a psychiatrist to give you some anti-anxiety medication or a psychologist to help you learn to manage it yourself.
Do any animals mate consensually?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlTyBcu2__w&t=1s
The concept of consensual sex is inconceivable to them. They are instinct driven.
>>2344075
yes of course.
many animals also find one partner for life and mate for life
>>2344075
Some animals do, some don't. But I wouldn't compare animals to humans in anyway like that. Some animals pair off for life, while others hump and dump. My rats hump and dump, but my jack dempseys mate for life and separating them even during cleanings cause notable anxiety.

AWAKEN MY CHILD
AND EMBRACE THE GLORY THAT IS YOUR BIRTHRIGHT
I could do this with those stupid dog treats but NO WAY IN HELL DOES THIS WORK WITH PIC RELATED.
NOT FUCKING POSSIBLE
>>2343538
Not much, but I could teach her to do that. She gets very focused when training/treats are involved, otherwise, she's kinda goofy.
It is really young and keeps picking up garbage

According to that GIF, yes
What in the FUCK

It's a gutting method, mot to be done to a live rabbit.
I would be very worried about rupturing organs and ruining meat.
