I'm asking anyone who fondly remembers this game to sign the petition to bring it back.
>>2347875
It's really naive to think the UK's government will give a shit about some old game.
>>2347883
I'm just emailing it to some editor of the BBC-Nature website. Nothing huge.
>>2347875
I signed the petition but I misstyped my email by accident, so the petition is signed with a nonexistant email
How the fuck did it create an account without confirming it?
How do you change the email so it's mine
ATTENTION EVERYONE, /CAN/ IS STILL ALIVE. Just change the URL from /an/ to /can/ and you will be there. works for all the merged boards. If you just want cute cat pictures, and hate that /an/ doesn't like cats, go to /can/.

There are quite a few hooded crows where I live (big city). I have always liked those, so I recently started carrying around a small bag of hazlenuts (without shell) in my pocket to toss the crows two or three when I encounter one.
I know it's probably not really necessary to feed them in a big city where there are also lots of green spaces and when it's not cold outside, but I just do it because I like them.
I was just wondering if I should feed them something else instead. Not gonna carry around small bags of carrion, but I was thinking maybe a different kind of nuts (walnuts or unsalted peanuts for example) or maybe hazlenuts are just fine.
I'm not feeding them from my window but only when I'm out in public.
Any ideas? Any crow-related stories to share?
Crows will eat pretty close to anything (aside from maybe chocolate 'cuz it's usually toxic to birds but there've been videos of crows downing booze which is also toxic to birds so who knows really? it's not like biologists make a habit of feeding chocolate to crows).
You can hard boil some eggs and put them in a sandwich bag. Nuts are great, and crows love going for fruits & berries. Also suet, mealworms etc.
>>2346618
Sounds like a couple of good ideas, although I'm not too keen on keeping a bag of mealworms in my pocket. But maybe I'll try out a couple of different nuts and berries to see which ones they like best.
Crows are crazy about peanuts still in the shell. It's like crack to them.
Can someone tell me what breed of dog pic related is?
Chocolate Lab, maybe?
Definitely not a chocolate lab
That's most likely a Combai, a breed native to India
If you're looking for a dog like that, there's a lot of similar looking breeds that may be easier to find locally but I don't have time to go in depth about it right now
>>2348928
Yep, definitely a chocolate lab. You can tell from the signature dark brown, medium-length coat seen in the pic
>>2348978
This. Great guess OP
In fact I these 2 dogs look so similar I think they could be the same exact dog!
this frog keeps coming back to my house every day and just laying on my desk, can someone tell me what kind of frog this is

Are there any good/safe places to donate money to support animals in general?
How is WWF?
I particularly want to donate to protect dugongs and elephants.
>>2348381
you just made this thread a few days ago.
I think the best thing to do would be to move to Africa and actively hunt down and murder poachers. It won't be easy of course, as you'll have to not only survive in the wilderness of the African savannah and hunt down these armed and murderous criminals but also avoid the patrols of the legitimate park rangers who won't bother to distinguish between you and the poachers you both hunt. You will basically have to become one with the land, be entirely self sufficient and be able to disappear into the brush at will and stalk your prey completely unseen until you're ready to strike. The only time people will see you and live to tell about it is when every so often you drive your old land rover into town and deposit the eviscerated, brutalized bodies of your most recent victims, marked with crude wooden signs identifying them as poachers, scrawled in their own blood, as a warning to others. Eventually their terror of your unseen, vengeful presence will be enough to deter even the most dedicated and desperate poachers, and the elephants will finally have peace.

I did but I forgot about it. I made it before bed with the intention of checking the next day but it totally slipped my mind. I had a look in the archive but I couldn't find it

I just found a baby bird in the streets and I bring him home but I don't know how to feed him, pic related.
please help I don't want him to die :'^(
Put him back
>>2348259
this
it's springtime in nor hem so all the morons are finding baby birds and kidnapping them. stop.
My mom once found a bird younger than that, with its eyes closed
managed to raised it until it could fly
give it water with a syringe (no needle duh)
for food, smash dog food with water to turn it into a paste, warm it in microwave
it will shit red or something do to undigested colorant, it doesnt matter
A student of mine found this animal bone outside.
It looks to me like a type of rodent mandible, but the teeth placement seems odd to me.
Can anyone help identify what animal this came from? It seems to have been cut off at one side.

Thanks for the help
Alright, I have a serious issue. Over the past 2 years 3 pidgeons have been nesting in my tree that is right next to my terrace. They shit on everything constantly and steal food when im having a BBQ and not watching. I fucking hate them. I have been trying to get them to move but they are stubborn as fuck. I have been shooting them with my airsoft AK 47 which does a lot of damage but they always come back after an hour or so. I've tried removing/breaking their nest but they FUCKING REBUILD IT. I tried putting a piece of bread soaked in bleach in their nest today. Im not sure how that is going to turn out.
Please help me. What do i do? I don't live in murica so i can't buy a gun and just shoot them.
Just get a cat or a hawk
I can't buy a cat just to have some faggot birds killed there must be and easier way.
Any tips on how i could possibly poison them?
Should dolphins be officially recognized as non-human people? Given legal personhood? India already did it. As science reveals more about them, they have a very high capacity for intelligence and emotions, something humans might even define our sentience by to separate us from animals.
I mean it'll go both ways, while they can't be owned or hunted by humans, they would still be persecuted in a court of law if they raped or murdered anyone(Which they're known to do). Granted it'd be hard to get them to speak for themselves.
>>2347910
It is absolutely insane to persecute dolphins in court for rape
However it should be completely illegal for humans to kill and/or torture dolphins as they are endangered and very intelligent
In fact it should be illegal to torture any species of animal
FUCK
