Hey /adv/. I need some help. I've been dating my gf for 6 months now and of course we are having sex. The problem that I've been having, is that she doesn't want to go on the pill or any form of birth control that is hormonal. We have talked about it before but so far there is no way of convincing her that the pill is the best option. She has heard stories of people getting bad side effects and other ailments from it. Her getting on the pill is NOT about me being able to have sex without condoms, its just about making sure we are as safe as possible. This has been really bothering me and I feel like this could be a big problem in the relationship. What do you guys think I should do?

I've done both and neither was able to really help, not that they didn't try. I've never liked telling anyone my problems because I hate people worrying about me and I don't want to bother them. One time this girl convinced me to, and I told her all the shit that made me like this. She laughed and told me to stop feeling sorry for myself and told a bunch of people

Hey 4chan, I need some advice. I graduated high school before the summer, and now I'm in Community College. But I absolutely cannot muster up the motivation to do any of the work. I've procrastinated the shit out of everything. And I've been an A average student my entire life. Music is the only thing that's gets me through my day. I'm trying as hard as possible to not sound like a spoiled little bitch that doesn't want to do any hard work. But that's what I feel like right now. I literally take 3 classes. Math, English, and a Film History class. That's fucking it, and I cannot for the life of me do any of the work. I was thinking that I should get a full time/part time job (which I'm actually working on atm), and just do that and music. I'm in a couple bands, and we're all actually very skilled musicians. I guess my question is, should I just be a wage slave, and work on my music? I know the chances of making it the world of arts is slim as fuck, but that's the only thing I'm motivated to do. I want to succeed in music as much as I want to breathe. I talked about this with my parents, and although they're very supportive of me playing music and all, they got angry with me when I said I don't want to enroll next semester.

I lost my virignity a few months ago. The guy I was with had never been with a virgin before so when I asked him if I was any different (I wanted him to stroke my ego and tell me I was "tight") he said no.

So, I've just recently-ish gotten in a relationship about 2 months ago, and of course sex is starting to come into question. It's his first time, it's my first time, and of course we've never used any contraception. Of course, the only 100% way not to get pregnant is not to have sex. That won't be happening. And I know there are stats online, and things you ask your gynecologist, but I'd like personal experiences.
Guys: Are condoms a problem for you? Do you have a problem staying hard or feeling anything at all? I know that there are other options to latex, but do they feel any better? We don't have to worry about condoms for STDs, even though I know that's a huge part for why they're made.
Girls: How effective is the pill in general? How effective is has it been for controlling pregnancy if he finishes inside without a condom? Do you ever let your partner finish inside, or is the risk not worth it? Aside from the pill, are IUDs a good idea, or have you found other ways of successful birth control?
