Can anyone recommend me some decent books under this topic? I really enjoy fiction. Pic related.

"The World Made by Hand"
It's a quiet apocalypse in upstate NY.
Alright /k/, I'm buying an assault rifle, and if anyone knows it's you guys. Right now, I'm looking at an IWI Tavor B16 BLK, a Bushmaster ACR, and the FN Scar - L. Do any of you have any experience with these guns? Good or bad to say about them?
Here's what I'm going for:
>Scary looking so I can offend liberals on Snapchat
>Chambers 5.56 NATO either OOTB or at least a conversion kit available
>unique in some way (if I wanted to shoot an AR-15, I could call literally 4 different people and ask to pay for rounds and beer and go shooting)
>looking to spend 2-3k, willing and able to spend more if the rifle blows all of these preferences out of the water
Really leaning towards the Tavor. Please help /k/, i'd really appreciate it.

well shit. How long until some special snowflakes demand AR's are banned in NYS?

So what were the causes that lead a fellow gentleman of rich melanin content to chimp out like the white autists in universities and highschools?
>>34408587
They'll blame "mental illness" because personal accountability/responsibility is a foreign concept to the nigger race.
>>34408595
idk. the nigger got fired from a hospital in the fucking bronx of all places. how shitty do you have to be to get shitcanned from your own demographic who always whine about selective practices?
Would the ps90 with 16" barrel be a bad first gun? I dont mind the expensive ammo nor the squishy trigger.
>>34408437
>first gun
>dont mind the expensive ammo nor the squishy trigger.
how do you know? you don't even know what you don't know.
sure thing go ahead and waste your money on a gimped video game meme gun that shoots pointy expensive 22 magnum
>>34408437
terrible idea.
I want a ccw handgun that I can carry AIWB. I have a glock 43 but i'm too scared to carry it appendix, so are my only options a revolver? I don't want to have to use a safety.
Post good ccw revolvers. Budget is around $400
Ever heard of double action? Autos have them too, glockboi.
>>34408472
What are some good subcompact ones for around $400?
You don't need to carry a revolver at your appendix. Get a 442/642/LCR and pocket carry it.

They are pretty garbo, basically just soda in a bigger can. I've never even had a heart attack from one.

What grip extendo well is this? I need that in my life.
Also AR THRED POST ARS
I'm probably going to buy a surplus gas mask but I don't know which ones are actually safe to wear. Are there any €25 ones on this website that'd be good? http://www.wapenhandelpodevijn.be/militaria.html
If the filters contain asbestos it should still be safe to wear it without filter, right?
>>34408099
Yeah safe without filters.
Do not to trust Russian filters, info on models using asbestos is vague at best.
Get something in 40mm thread
Get NATO filters
>>34408099
bumping
>>34408099
Anything that uses 40mm is good because you can always just swap the filters with new ones.
Some dude went on a shootout in a hospital in the bronx. was allegedly using an M16.
It about to happen again?

NY is SAFE Act state so it's not possible to commit a gun crime there. Not habbening. Gun grabbers are on the run.
Was probably an AR, normies can't distinguish between FA and rapid semi auto fire. Nothing's going to happen, maybe New York gunfags are forced to add an inch to the already footlong state gubmint cock rammed up their assholes. Hardly a happening
>As part of its version of the 2018 Defense authorization bill, the House Armed Services Committee voted late Wednesday night to create a sixth branch of the U.S. armed forces: the U.S. Space Corps, which would absorb the Air Force’s current space missions.
thoughts, concerns, suggestions?
Shit's gonna be tiny.
I'd want to enlist, for the special snowflake uniforms and shit, but then I remember I am much too lazy for that.

Would catgirls make effective space soldiers in the US Space Corps?
>>34407878
>catgirls in space
yesss
Would catgirls make effective soldiers in an army?
Considering cats have heightened senses of sight smell and sound, this would apply to the catgirls and allow them to aim more accurately and sense hidden enemies better. Also they would acquire the move silently and stealthily within enemy lines, and be able to sprint incredibly fast within short bursts. Not to mention their increased fertility rates allows a high population, allowing their forces to replenish in time.
Some weaknesses they might have though is their heightened sensitivity to light and sound can leave them more disorientated than a human in response to a bang or flash. Also their bodies may be built more for speed rather than strength or endurance, leaving them vulnerable if the enemy is in close-range. Lastly if their like cats and have a higher body temperature, they would require more calories a day for their heightened metabolism, and though their body heat would aid them in the cold, it would be a curse for them in the heat.
they would not be effective. any rifle or pistol with a laser sight could contain an entire platoon of catgirls until the battery runs out

Time to end the meme, /k/. Is steel case ammo really that harmful? What guns is it bad to to run through? What parts does it Fuck up? And is shooting brass over steel worth the price? Discuss.
Steel case denies you the delicious satisfaction of reloading.
Steel isn't bad, its cheap but it can have feeding issues. I usually only run steel through my SKS and AK's, might get steel .308 once I get a ptr. Primers are what most people worry about due to corrosion but MOST modern ammo is non-corrosive
>>34407702
Nothing wrong with steel ammo for high volume non precision shooting.
There's nothing inherently damaging about steel ammo, it all comes down to the gun its fed in. My friends Chinese ar exclusively eats steel, while another's won't reliably feed it.
There's no firing pin damage since the primers are still brass.
Worst that happens is fouling from laquer or copper wash or zink plate or whatever else.
I think that covers all bases.
I'm tired of the debate over this. I want an answer once and for all.

This is Bubblegum. I'm dog sitting her for the weekend. How can I turn her into a fierce fighting machine?
Grind it up and feed it to a real dog.

Name the real dog "Kick Ass".
Why do dog breeds like this even exist? It's a testament to man's arrogance towards God.
it is time someone told you the truth anons

semi autos don't shoot fire sideways. which can attempt to amputate a finger if you don't hold the gun properly.
