I've got forward head, forward shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt, duck feet and flat feet. Basically my entire body tilts forward. My chiropractor went in depth with me about all my symptoms. Most of them are just tight muscles and muscle imbalances. He recommended me some workouts and stretches to do often and I'm slowly making progress, it's been a few months. He also advised being conscious of your posture and correct it often. For me I have to stick my neck back, which is actually putting it in it's normal place. It's weird at first but when you get used to it your body will adapt to make it your new normal. Good luck.

Hi /fit/

I broke my pinky playing sports a week ago, and I'm seeing a hand surgeon tomorrow to see if pins are necessary to stabilize it (spiral fracture)

Do you think the doctor will let me wear some splint or something to let me play through it? 4-6 weeks would probably be the recovery if I get pins, and that seems excessive, and my coach would NOT be pleased

Sorry it's not really fit related but I figure it's health

i broke bones in my hands several times playing lacrosse as a goalie. they made me a removable splint out of some weird-ass plastic that fit under my glove, and i only ended up being sidelined for two weeks instead of the usual 4-6.

with that said, it's going to depend on the sport you play and how playing on the healing fracture might affect it. i doubt they would have cleared me to play if i were a wide receiver, soccer goalie, or anything along those lines

Is it better to do hollow body or ab wheel rollouts when training my core for doing handstands?

When I kick-up into a handstand against a wall and hold it (this is where I am in the progression), my back arches noticeably. I know you're supposed to hold a hollow body position in a handstand - should I practice doing hollow bodys? I'm more used to training my core with an ab wheel. Or should I do both?

Also, if anyone has any tips for progressing with handstands, please share.
