Don't bother with multivitamins, the dosages are way too low to actually do anything.

Basically he stands up on a box holding a kettlebell, and bends forward with his back curved. I'm guessing it's for spinal decompression or something but I'm not sure. Drew an amazing image to demonstrate.

How do you deal with knowing that no matter how much exercise you get or how well you eat, you might eventually succumb to some awful health anomaly for no apparent reason? There are sedentary people eating garbage and living till they're 80 while fit people die all the time of cancer even though they're relatively young. What's the point of it all, /fit/?

Pretty standard for a push/pull routine
Your weight is lower but you're pre-fatigued from other exercises
A lot of similar programs will swap it out so that A(1) has bench first and A(2) on the same week has OHP first, and then you just alternate

I agree somewhat. I do like a cup of coffee before working out and totally feel it gives me an extra pump.
But, be it preworkout (which I've tried two or three times) or coffee, my logic tells me it's better used moderately, or else I won't be able to work out without them.

I recently graduated from college and moved to a city to find a job. The risk panned out and I'm making a ton of money now. I racked up a bunch of credit card debt in the move that I need to pay off while paying student loans now.
