that's pretty much all my diet consists of when i do keto. i was on keto for about 3 weeks but it gave me terrible insomnia, no idea why. now i just eat carbs with and after dinner, eg a couple of little potatoes and a mug of warm milk to help me sleep.

I would like to understand ways of becoming strong enough to protect myself and others from these creatures.
What kind of workout routine would allow me to complete such tasks?
