Ideally, you'd want to eat as much fat as possible from nuts, seeds, avocados, and fish, and as close to zero as possible from cheese and bacon. But since you're jumping on the keto bandwagon and posting ifunny.co tier memes you're probably doing it exactly to eat more bacon and cheese, so whatever I'd say about oats, beans and lentils being good for you and about CICO being the most important thing for weight loss, not ketosis, or about how 30% of the energy you get from carbs (excess energy that doesn't replenish glycogen stores in the muscles) becomes fat through de novo lipogenesis, while fats become fatty cells at a near 0% energy cost, will all likely fall on deaf ears.

that's pretty much all my diet consists of when i do keto. i was on keto for about 3 weeks but it gave me terrible insomnia, no idea why. now i just eat carbs with and after dinner, eg a couple of little potatoes and a mug of warm milk to help me sleep.
