Go get a cheap ymca membership, it's extremely hard to follow a routine at home if you never lifted before. Poor motivation, potential for bad form, etc. You won't get any body from a routine like this.

Does this indicate weakness in my shoulder stabilizers? I have been neglecting focusing on rows and lat pulldowns and working delts specifically so I suspect it happened because of a weak back and shoulder stabilizer as a result of neglecting lifts like an idiot.

Had surgery on my right knee after football season to take out a bone spur from Osgood-Schlatter disease and to clean out scar tissue and feels like I have a brand new lease on life at least for my right knee. I have osgood schlatter in my right knee from playing sports and running 24/7 as a kid and teen. It seems benign besides the discomfort of kneeling on it.
What was the recovery like and how long? If I have to have surgery to mend it eventually I don't have a clue what it will be like.

Absolutely accurate you mean. Ive trained my whole life, have a bjj black belt, fought as an amateur in boxing, practiced shaolin kung fu and capoeira as a teenager , and have sparred/am friends with fighters of countless styles of karate and grappling and it's 100% correct.
I could have added catch wrestling but it's dead aside from Japan and maybe Erik Paulson in the US... I dont even know who teaches it anymore. Also at this point it's indistinguishable from submission wrestling as well as no-gi BJJ except for some submissions which you'd find in Sambo anyway.
