>>41037927
why?? and US>>41037927
>>41037942
Never risk having that shit picked up in customs. Not a fun experience. US is fine, there should be plenty of people who sell domestically. In fact, i'll go check for you right now.

>>41035931
Jordan Carver for all of those about to ask.
>>41035931
her head should be in a neutral position.
>>41035931
Either do the 100 pushup thing
OR
Look up one of the many pushup progression charts and have a go.
Does my beard mean I have hight test?
>>41035918

>>41035918
Man, I swear I will never cry about my chin again.

Idk where else to ask this, but it seems the most appropriate here.
Where does someone go for swim lessons if they have a terrifying fear of water? I never learned how to swim because I had two near-drowning experiences as a kid and my parents never pushed me to take lessons. I've tried looking online, but fear-overcoming lessons are either out of state, or cost $1500. I'd ask a friend, but I don't have any. It seems like all the lessons for adults are aimed at improving technique. Do you guys have any ideas that might help? Thanks /fit/
>>41035664
I think if you just tell the instructors of your phobia and see if they can come up with something.
so start looking at the regular training courses, and go from there to find one that suits you best.
>>41035664
Splash in beach, use uni/college pool (lel if your uni doesnt have one, poorfag), get used to being in water is the way to get over it.
Got over it in one semester by being consistent.

I'm currently taking only 1 tablet of ZMA instead of the recommended 3. Why would I ever want more than 100% of DV? It's not like all my nutrition is coming only from supplements. Top this up with other preworkout/postworkout supplements, and you're increasing your kidney's chance to fail.
Having said this, would you recommend me bumping my intake to 2 tablets?
>>41035575
%DV is set at 100% when you eat 2000 cals a day. If you eat 2500 cals a day then you should hit 150% of the DV recommendation and so on. Also it is set at a level that is sufficient enough to avoid disease, not what is ideal for optimal health.
Tldr %DV means fuck all until you hit the upper toxicity limits.
>>41036229
125% retard
>>41036229
>>41036242
yup, but even 125% is very easily manageable, some supplements go upto 1333% percent which is ridiculous
Anyone else depressionbrah? I've found the only thing that works for my depression, wich i have had for about 5 years, is cardio every day for at least one hour. Lifting helps a bit but nowhere near as much. Anyone know this feel? Am i doomed to have to run for an hour every morning till i'm 80? My life is pretty decent, depression just runs in my family.
>>41035551
Microdose acid burro
>>41035580
Is this just a meme? I've done some shit when I was younger, that definitely didn't help.
I'm not as bad as you and lifting is usually enough to do the trick but yeah endorphins are what keep me going.
And when I mean manlet, I mean like REAL world short dudes, like under 5'7, any thing else and you're just in the realms of "normal" or "tall".
I have an above average face and fit body, but have been avoiding it since its advised for short dudes (or basically everyone not stereotypically attractive) to stay away from online where only looks matter.
>>41035534
5'6, Also fairly attractive with good body (normie standarss)
Tinder is meh. I got laid with it when I was trying it, and she was attractive (pic related). If your looking for sloots its not bad, but definitely don't try to date a girl.
Being tall is an advantage, but being short hardly makes it impossible to get laid. Improve your confidence, take care of your appearance, have hobbies and passions and be able to hold an intelligent conversation and you'll be fine in person or on tinder
>>41035534
5'3 here, never even attempted it. Any other dwarfs had any luck?
>chatting with a 5'3"
>tells me that anything under 5'9" is short for her
>and anything taller than 6'0" tall
>she has a weak spot for tall guys
>send pic, I'm 6'3" almost otter
>tells me she's wet immediately
>mfw /fit/ wasn't bullshitting me
Anyone else even wonder why they come here on /fit/ let alone 4chan in general?
Being in my mid 20's now it's only making me realize how negative literally everything is. Even with a great body/genetics/face I almost finding myself doubting what I have at times since every down syndrome induced fuck on here try's to put others down to make up for their own insecurities.
I'll pop in time to time /fit/ but for now I'm saying good bye. Just wanted to shed that light on here so hopefully some of you see it too. This site's only bringing me down and it has taken me since 2007 to see that. Was fun though...time to grow up I guess. Sounds lame but positivity is everything.
>>41035460
>>am 25
Do you actually prefer the torturously neutered discussion of reddit/rest of the internet?
4chan makes me feel sane. I hope it never dies.
>>41035460
lmao you cant leave
I agree but I hate internet in general and just don't know where to go. I don't play vydia and already am lifting, learning a new idiom etc.
What now? I lost ~10kg (was at 93kg at peak, on the before pic I'm ~90kg). Starting gym for the first time in my life next week. I'm still having trouble with kidney and stomach fat, the chest is bad too but it's not fucking with me as much.
"Worst"(read: closest to reality without trying to make myself look better) looking progress pic I have, took it today, tried to hit roughly the same angle. Should I just keep losing weight and get my body fat even lower? I don't want to turn into a bear or overly ripped, just look decent enough with some muscle definition to show. I was an idiot and never bothered to actually do research on this shit (inb4 read the sticky-I did now) so I was half starving myself and doing cardio combined with pushups and pull ups(if you count like 5x pullups as actually doing pullups),
184cm/83.3kg atm in case you are wondering. No idea what bf % I am as I never measured it (I guess somewhere between 15-25%?). I went from skinny/athletic to skinny fat in a span of a few years. I guess I'm still skinny fat but can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Slightly mundane but related question: Is meat covered in flour, eggs and bread crumbs a big no-no or should it work (not cooked in fat or some shit oil).
Either way what wisdom can /fit/izens bestow upon a noobie? (Also, if you recognize me don't mention it, I don't need more embarrassment)
you have no muscle and high bf. you can burn fat and gain muscle at the same time with slight calorie decifit. i was like you when i started.
>>41035412
I can't speak for everybody, but I had a very similar situation/body composition as you.
With the mindset you're in now, what's going to happen is you'll make a small adjustment to your training and nutrition, make a little bit of progress and then you'll stall. You'll say "shit what's going on?" and you'll spaz out for a few months looking for the answer until you make another small adjustment. This will go on until you finally say "fuck it" and go as hard as you can. What ends up happening is you waste years of your lifting career because you want to be as comfortable as possible.
The reason I know this is because you're asking "Is meat covered in flour, eggs and bread crumbs a big no-no or should it work (not cooked in fat or some shit oil)."
You know, deep down, that this is "a big no-no" or you wouldn't be asking. What you need to do is the last thing you want to do. THAT is what I wish somebody told me.
It took me over 3 years to realize that.
Eat clean (and yes that's a thing, regardless of the calories in/calories out bullshit) and train as hard and INTELLIGENTLY as you can.

ORDER 66 for Celeste for being mean to PJ

I don't know who Celeste is, and I don't know who PJ is. Either I'm more out of the loop than I thought, or you're forgetting what happened last time somebody tried to "Order 66" somebody.
Hey /fit/ what's your opinion of /fa/

Fashion is important irl but so is being fit and not looking like shit. Find a balance between both.
As for /fa/, they're a bunch of hipster dyels that weigh atmost 50kg. Some stuff I see is pretty fashionable IMO but a lot would only be seen as good looking by /fa/ people themselves and nobody else.
