Two years ago I bought one of their "hardcore elite MLG" types and I swear to god I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. No idea if it's still the same formula but I would just stand there shaking and sweating like a motherfucker while simultaneously being confused and pissed off.

this is the heaviest i've ever gone for reps and it was after heavy squats so I was definitely fatigued. I feel like my set up was awkward. It was also the first time I've used a belt in months. Pls help I just want to be stronger.

So if you want to make gainz you need carbs the ketogenic diet is not sustainable and will eventaully lead to health problems, not to mention your screw up your matabolism

Keto ehlps with satiety and easily switching to using your own bodyfat rather than dietary calories. Your bod becomes primed for using fat as energy. There are also a handful of other benefits like increased mitochondrial demsoty over an 8 week period.

I don't follow a routine or count calories/macros.

I just lift weights 3-6 times a week, usually a full-body workout composed of whatever exercises I feel like for the day, and just eat as much as I want of healthy foods. I sort of keep track mentally of what exercises I have to do.

I workout at home too. I've seen great results and I barely have to even put any effort in. I lift weights when I _want_ to lift weights, I'm never forcing myself to do it, it's like masturbation, it feels like a physical release of tension, and I do it whenever I want throughout the day.

I can feel when I need a rest day, I can feel when it would be beneficial to my muscle growth, and then I don't life for a day or 2.

It helps that I'm a NEET with all the free time in the world.
