Any type 1 diabeetus fags here? I wanna continue cutting to a lower body fat (currently around 15%) but I'm worried about not having any fat on my body for my pump sites. I really want visible abs but I also don't want to move my port from my stomach to my hips. Pic related is me

Have you talked to other people with diabetes about how low body fat impacts comfort when it comes to your pumps? You should seek out diabetes specific forums as a supplement as the people here won't be much help. I think that you should still follow through with personal goals if that includes cutting fat. Having diabetes is something that should hinder your life as little as possible. Live life unchained.

Thanks for the advice. The problem is that most diabetes forums are all mom science with very few people actually knowing what they're talking about (I.E. squats are bad for your health, protein is bad for your kidneys, etc) but I'll keep looking. Finding people with diabetes who also enjoy lifting is kind of a niche.
I've never been on /fit/ before but I've recently taken up Swing Dance as a hobby and I've noticed I've lost weight over the last 2 months of doing it. This is not what I want. Every time I come home from a dance night/lessons I am pretty sore in the legs/core/arms so I'm assuming my muscles are getting stronger from this.
How much more/what should I eat to stop losing this weight and capitalize on what, if any, muscle gains I can get from dance?
I go dancing 2 times a week, about 3-4 hours of total activity each night. I don't track my calorie intake, but I'm 6'/150-155lbs. I'd like to hit 160-165 if it's possible.
What I'm not doing

-specialized diet memes/GOMAD/etc
I just want to know if there's a best way to capitalize on this physical activity as far as useful muscles so I can get better at dancing.
