Losing weight due to hobby

I've never been on /fit/ before but I've recently taken up Swing Dance as a hobby and I've noticed I've lost weight over the last 2 months of doing it. This is not what I want. Every time I come home from a dance night/lessons I am pretty sore in the legs/core/arms so I'm assuming my muscles are getting stronger from this.

How much more/what should I eat to stop losing this weight and capitalize on what, if any, muscle gains I can get from dance?

I go dancing 2 times a week, about 3-4 hours of total activity each night. I don't track my calorie intake, but I'm 6'/150-155lbs. I'd like to hit 160-165 if it's possible.

What I'm not doing
-Gym
-specialized diet memes/GOMAD/etc

I just want to know if there's a best way to capitalize on this physical activity as far as useful muscles so I can get better at dancing.

so you're doing a highly cardio activity, dancing, and losing weight because you're not going to eat a high calorie "meme diet". You're also not going to the gym because... ?

I just want the muscles that are getting exercised naturally by dancing to get stronger at their own rate, but I don't wanna dip down into the 140s.

Simple goals, again I'm not falling for the gym meme or the special diets meme. That's it.

Your only going to get minimal muscle gains from dancing swing. It is a cardio based activity. You are getting sore because you are using your muscles in new unfamiliar ways and your CNS is adjusting to the new movements. The only way to maintain your weight is eat as many calories as you burn. Start adding 250 calories of extra food until weight loss stalls, then go from there if you want to regain weight.
