I thought I was 6'2 because I'm 6" under my door, which I assumed was 6'8 because that's standard door height. I recently measured my door out of suspicion and it's only 6'7 for whatever reason.
So I'm only 6'1. I guess that's why I don't get mired that much or have a gf.
But the point is, I need to grow. I just turned 18, but I've grown at most half an inch in the last year, if even that. Is there still hope? Can HGH or something else still work?
p.s. I've already stopped doing deadlifts because they compress your spine

apparently it doesn't fuck up your muscular adaptation like running does, so i added in 30 minutes of steady state cardio at like 145 bpm. I'm liking it, making me feel like more of an athlete rather than just a fatass who is able to put forth a lot of effort for 10 seconds.
