1.) Are broad, relatively simple movements that incorporate large amounts of muscle mass
2.) Have largely agreed upon standards (ass on the bench, squat to depth, etc) that allow for easy comparability

The shit you listed is mostly not this, and is more of a strength based parlor trick than any particularly useful way of measuring strength. It's sort like being able to bounce a golf ball on your wedge instead of actually being good at golf.

I'm sure he's quite strong, it'd just be handy to know numbers on things that matter (dumbbell rows are not that), in order to compare to other strong guys.

Well, except 5/3/1 that I was doing had a retarded amount of volume, way more than Sheiko does. It was regular 5/3/1 but then assistance work was just 5x10 of your daily exercise. Then the 3 month challenge is every cycle you add 10% to your assistance work. So standard is 5/3/1 then 5x10 at 50%. Next cycle is 5x10 at 60%, then 5x10 at 70%. So I'm able to do 5x10 at 70% why the fuck is sheiko having me do 2x4 and 3x4 at 75% and 4x4 at 70%? Then the assistance work does not come close to making up for the volume.

I've done a whopping 2 workouts but at the end of each one I wasn't even tired.

Could it be that my 1rm is just a lot higher than I think it is? I've never truly tested them so maybe it feels like a joke because I'm using, say, 275 as my 1rm for bench when a 315 (for example) 1rm would make the workout a lot more palettable

I did one last "full" volume day, a regular light day, then on intensity day, just worked up to a single that would be my opener in a meet. The next volume day, I did 3x5 for bench and squat with about 80% of the weight I used on the last full volume day. Then I did half a light day (this could probably be skipped if you want), then I had the meet that Saturday.

So it's kind of a week and a half taper.

Muscle retention decreases as one nears 5% bf because that's the minimum level of essential fat to which your body will start having massive hormonal drops and spikes. Otherwise, the amount of muscle your body can hold doesn't tend to change so long as nutrition, rest, and exercise are prioritized.

Having more fat gives better leverages and reduces ROM for a handful of lifts, hence why powerlifters in heavyweight classes are fatter, otherwise powerlifters tend to fill out their class with the most muscle mass possible following with it close-to if not sub-10% bf.

Well first of all try setting up properly next time, instead of just running up to the bar and pulling. You literally pay no attention to your foot positioning. In the bench press, your range of motion is reduced by lowering the bar to your massive rolls of fat and fat ol' tiddies, rather than to your chesticle muscles underneath the fat. The extra weight of flab on your bingo wings adds to the difficulty but this is more than compesated for by rom reduction.

In the squat, you've got ginormous rolls of fat compressing in your belly against your thighs and on your ham hocks and calves that allow a little more rebound on the bottom, like a squat suit made to look like flesh. Yeah you've got more pounds to lift on your body but again, same diff as with the bench.

Deadlift, not so much.

Generally, any extra weight subtracts from the ability to do the Olympic lifts, and generally the guys don't get as fat in the SHW as they do in PL. The women, that's another story, I suspect they get super fat in the top weight class in order to try and hide the masculinizing effects of the drugs they're on, Robles just finished a suspension before the Olympics last year.
