Question for all of the long haired /fit/izens. I'm growing my hair out but I'm in that awkward stage right before you can put it up. Shit is a fucking mess as soon as a start lifting, is there any sort of a solution to stop it from frizzing until I can put it up?

I figured out the Connor Murphy question

Apparenly he has a really narrow frame as seen on this pic with him standing next to his anorexic friend who never lifted a day of his life(literally). Yet connor looks dwarfed next to him

From this we can conclude that connor murphy only looks good with mr. olympia sized muscles on his frame(he roided most probably).

Additionally it becomes apparent that he never trained his neck muscles, big mistake for aesthetics, tren probably grew his neck muscles passively while he was on it

Hey /fit/ kinda a dumb predicament but I need your help.
I'm 6'2'' and 150 pounds skelly mode, but I'm fairly fit. I have a very low bodyfat content, last got checked a year ago around 11 percent.
I'm going to a fitness charity event and the winner of the event gets 10,000 dollars to the charity of their choice. However the event lasts 2 hourse and there are 6 events. I havent gone on a run in a couple months, and even then I was only running about 1.5 miles. What's the best way to go about endurance training with the goal of getting as much results as possible by Friday night?

Does SS implement intensity periodization? I wasn't able to find anything on it and I'm finding that increasing weights every workout is arbitrary since whether I'm able to handle those weights or not depends on how intense my past workout is. I find that I'm progressing slowly as a result of constantly pushing myself to a point where my eyes turn red and I start to see things. For example, 2 workouts ago, deadlifting 235 lbs was the easiest thing for me -- I just exploded off the floor with the bar 5 times for 3 sets, whereas this time, I had trouble getting 245 lbs off for 3 sets of 3 reps.

Pretty much this. im dyel as fuck and 2 months weightlifting. the few friends i know that lift are actually pretty nice people that are fun to be around, while the DYEL dudes are judgemental assholes.

My two options are:

>lift in the morning before class

My goal is to gain weight. Would lifting early in the morning hinder my weight gain?

I would eat a breakfast beforehand and also eat something afterwards, most likely a protein shake with berries, milk, and a banana... but is that enough to put on weight still?

What is /fit/'s advice?
