how do you force yourself to eat?

i know that with depression ymmv, but even the days i dont shower or get dressed or speak to people or leave the house i find it pretty easy to just get into the garage and push around iron for a bit.

the part i find nearly impossible is eating enough to actually gain weight. my grocery receipts say i should be hulkmode, but the reality is i cook a big bowl of eggs, eat a third of it and just can't force the rest down. are there certain types of food that dont feel as filling while youre eating them?

if you've no specific advice here i'd appreciate your lazy recipes too since i'm fucking bored of eggs and peanutbutter oats

How do i get people to leave me alone at the gym?

I keep getting approached by people wanting to be my friend or something. One guy in his 50s kept shittalking PLers and saying i should stop squatting heavy and another guy was some shit skin that approached me out of nowhere one day, complimented me on my haircut, and comes up to me everyday asking what im working on.

The hydraulic stresses that come from bending in big heavy spines get focused to the back of the curve of the limacon and these kinds of people end up with posterolateral disc bulges if they bend too much.

I guess they're saying oval discs twist easier and those are more likely to suffer back injury from squats and deadlifts? Or is it the other way around, and that if you twist with oval you're safer than twisting with BEAN SPINE?

What are the health risks involved with snorting?

I take an aderall derivative by prescription but instead of taking it orally I often grind the tablet up and snort the powder which gives me a faster and more strong burst of concentration.

What are the risks of this besides the obvious social stigma involved with snorting anything?
Will it fuck up my nose?

I snort coke 3-4 times a month. Used to snort mdma twice a week when i was a junkie. Basically, the thicker/denser the powder, the more damage to your nostrils you are going to have. Short term effects are nosebleeds, mucous or blocked nose, weird breathing. Long term and drastic effects are losing your septum cartilage etc.

As you are sniffing aderral you should be fine, however, as its a prescription for you i do not recommend this type of intake for 6 months+. You can get and even quicker and better rush from sublingual intake (put that pill under ur tongue until it melts or on your gum). God bless bro
