Hey /fit/ kinda a dumb predicament but I need your help.
I'm 6'2'' and 150 pounds skelly mode, but I'm fairly fit. I have a very low bodyfat content, last got checked a year ago around 11 percent.
I'm going to a fitness charity event and the winner of the event gets 10,000 dollars to the charity of their choice. However the event lasts 2 hourse and there are 6 events. I havent gone on a run in a couple months, and even then I was only running about 1.5 miles. What's the best way to go about endurance training with the goal of getting as much results as possible by Friday night?
