What are some fairly cushioned, not too bulky shoes for a size 14 endurance runner? I'm not afraid to drop some money on this, but reasonable prices are always nice.
I'm training for my first evah half-marathon in late August. I'm 6'4, and have sporadic issues with shin splints. In talking to an experienced runner acquaintance of mine, she mentioned that I could probably benefit with shoes with more cushioning. Right now I'm running entirely in Nike Free Runs. Before that, I was using some relatively bulky shoes that were designed to correct my tendency to over-prunate, which I ditched for something more neutral so I could stop heelstriking.
Might Ultraboosts be good for this sort of thing?

I need to lose weight, but I got into the habit of overeating while studying (full time student), and I don't know how to get out of this habit (aside from getting a full time job, but that wont be happening for a while). How can I change this habit? I know how to eat healthfully so don't bother with those kinds of tips. My problem is more about overeating, because I seriously overeat. Any anorexics on here who can give me some tips?
Today I ate one sandwich; 3 bowls of oatmeal with maple syrup, soy milk (please spare me your psuedoscience claims about soy, thanks), and chia seeds; an entire watermelon (in between full and personal size), a bowl of ramen, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I don't exercise at all so I won't be burning it off, and I'm only 5 ft 3. I need help.

I have taking creatine for a littler bit over 1 year I had seen tremendous muscle gain but I have also developed relapse MS... I am currntly still able to work out like I use to and i have had temp motor problems temporary vision loss and temporary fatigue problems. I feel 100 % cent now however I am takin MEDS. I strongly believe that MS was triggered by creatine because I use to be very atletic so I had taking creating because I had decided to body build and take a break from playing basketball. sufficient time passes and I develope optic neuritis then 5 years after I am diagnosed with MS When I told my MS doctor that I think creatine played a big part in me developing ms she told me she wasnt sure
