Intermittent Fasting. It's where you don't eat for a certain number of hours per day. Some fitness people like it. If you have breakfast at 7:30 and dinner at 5:30, you automatically have 14 hours of not eating without doing anything special.
I've started biking between 15-20 miles three times a week, and was curious how many calories I'm burning each time. The first website I found says this.

I just finished a 21 mile bike ride in a bit over an hour and a half, and I have a hard time believing I somehow burned over a thousand calories doing it, compared to a three mile run which would normally leave me feeling destroyed at the end and only (supposedly) having burned a few hundred. mountainbiking 30 km at hard pace will take 2000 calories. I dropped kilos a week when I biked seriously.
Biking has the advantage of allowing you to keep a constant heart rate and being easier on the joints.

Cycling is very dependant on pace... 14 MPh average is a pretty good pace on a mtb.
And I can confirm regular cycling will burn mass. I used to ride everyday 3 miles and about 20 on weekends, and lost about 20 lbs in process

I got problems /fit/. Sitting on the toilet too long gave me hemorrhoids, and just a little while later I get an outbreak of jock itch on my cheeks.
