How do I build my legs using a barbell or set of dumbbells without doing (at least ordinary) squats or deads? I've had some spinal problems before as a kid and I don't want to bring that shit back.

late response here, sorry, but I'm somewhat sure that I'm too autistic to do squats/deads properly without fucking up my spine again.
your spine will be fine and you're being a pussy, but if actually refuse then just do front squats. Even when you fail a rep you can just leap backwards and drop the weight like a failed clean and your back stays neutral the whole time.
Deadlifts will actually help your back problems if you do them correctly they do wonders for your spinal erectors and posture. Start light and listen to your body.
Anybody experiencing this? I've been taking Sidewalk Kraka for the past week and I've been pissed as fuck after my workouts. Takes like 5 hours after my workout to calm down. I don't want to stop taking it though because it works super well. Is this normal?

When the water goes cold I'll pop it with a large pin, apply light pressure to coax the fluid out, then place antibacterial band-aid over it with some gauze and paper tape to seal the wound
I might change it tomorrow morning and repeat until it goes away.

Assuming adequate nutrition and recovery, though maybe not optimal, are squats, deadlifts, weighted chin ups, barbell rows, weighted dips, bench press, and overhead press adequate for aesthetics? If someone were to get reasonably strong on all of these lifts and do no other movements, would they look good? if not, what deficiencies would they have?
