try to get all protein from food but SUPPLEMENT protein powder if you need to. It alarms me when people ingest 2+ scoops of this shit DAILY. I actually use a plant based powder when I have to because I feel more confortable with its ingredients and how it's sourced desu. But still fuck the powder brah drink a few eggs or something instead.

You have to be underageb& to get jaw gains and normal teeth distribution. You should have started by tearing tough meat apart with your teeth and hands as a child just so that you could eat. It's too late for you now. If you have children, you can let them get strong jaws and a full set of properly aligned teeth if you forbid them from using utensils to get a bite to eat. The jaws respond to pulling, tearing, and mashing. Make them eat tough foods, too. They can eat with a fork and knife starting in their twenties. Also they can eat soft foods then.
It's kind of like circumcision. It's now known that it's bad for children just like reading indoors, eating with forks and knives, avoiding tough foods, never exposing them to language, not letting them get enough sleep, etc. Some things have to be done in childhood, otherwise it's too late.

Would swimming on PPLPPLx be too much? Trying to gain a bit of strength and lean mass (as in no dirty bulking, or full body compound only routines), and I'm not sure if swimming would be detrimental in any way.
