How the fuck do I get sleep regularly on time to help not compromise my gainz? It's 6 in the morning and I spent the entire night arguing with some random bitch about how transexuality is a mental illness. I quoted like 19 studies to confirm my points. What the fuck is wrong with me? I've tried melatonin, I take like 4 evrynight to no avail. Hey /fit/ I'm looking for some advice as this is my first time here. I'm 197 lbs and want to lose body fat. I have a good bit of muscle on me but doesn't matter with the fat. My question is how many meals should I be eating per day? I lift on a regular basis and I don't eat that much, but when I do I eat like shit. What should I do?

Ice bath. Fight pain with more pain. It actually works. I buy a big bag of ice after doing legs and fill that shit with water and ice. Dip in for 30 seconds and warmup again for 2 minutes and dip back in for 30 seconds.
